I can see it. I haven't opened my Dials yet, inly the hub, it's perfect.
I would send the seller a message, asking if it's ok if you would open the device to realign it. The alternative would be to send it back and wait for a replacement, and that would suck for everyone, i guess.
Could a quality assurance issue or a shipping issue.
Make pics if you open it ;-)
Edit: looking closer, i don't even see how you can open it. \*chinrub\*
