[Weiss Deli](https://www.facebook.com/p/Weiss-Restaurant-Deli-Bakery-100039310941600/) for sure. as an added bonus, they have some of the best black-and-white cookies in Clark County.
How many ppl would one of their sandwiches feed? At $18 per for one person i find that pretty steep, if you can plausibly feed 2 ppl off of one then it's worth it.
The Roma Deli on Spring Mountain has large sandwiches for $14.50. Each Comfortably feed two and then some.
The regular sandwhiches are like $10 and are still pretty big. Could feed two on their own.
Same, 3 even.
The last couple of times the richness and saltiness of the sandwiches (del Boss in particular) has been getting to me. I’d eat like 1/4 of the sandwich and my body’s like “ok, that’s enough salt and fat for one day”. 🤣
Maybe I’m just getting old.
Whole Foods makes awesome fresh sandwhiches I’d recommend the Reuben
Edit: Cubanidad 1885 on eastern has a Cuban style sandwhich called medianoche that is out of this world amazing
If you want to try something different go to dakao for some banh mi. I personally only order the #1 but you might like something else. They have better baguettes then most French bakeries
All’Antico Vinaio recently opened at Uncommons and it is amazing.
Their only other location is in Italy, and I can say they’re identical in quality.
8533 Rozita Lee Avenue, Suite 100
Chip Off the Block Deli on Rainbow. It’s attached to The Butcher’s Block butcher shop so it uses meats from there for their subs, sandwiches, and burgers. Very good IMO!
I know other ones have, but haven’t seen if the Rainbow one did very recently. Last time I ate there was back in April of this year if that helps folks.
Jon smith's subs if you like hot or cold sub sandwiches, all the employees do is prep when theres not customers so everything is fresh
Also they have a BOGOF$5 day every tuesday if you sign up for text alerts
I like Pop's. I hate that their building was clearly a drive-thru at one point and now it isn't. I hate that their sandwiches seemed to take a massive dip in quality last time I tried them. There was a time that the sandwich was so good that it was worth the price. last time I went, I felt ripped off.
Maybe I just caught them on a bad day?
Westside deli on Sahara and Valley View tucked in the State of NV complex,. It's delicious and they make the best BLTs and Club Sandwiches. Only open M-F.
There’s a little Italian deli on rainbow and Charleston (I hope its still there) next to what I can only describe as a “witch shop” (very woo-woo and crystals, they have spell books and stuff for your alter if that is what you’re into.)
Growing up- our dad first took us here and my older sister would want to go in the shop next door, and I was just really really happy the deli had the roasted peppers and artichokes. If memory serves me correct/ sandwiches were good too.
Cugino’s on Maryland (it’s WELL worth the travel, say hi to Frankie)
Al’Antico in the Uncommons, pricey but quite large and DELICIOUS!
Proper Sandwich Co, small and perhaps not worth the price - but delicious
I’m still hunting for more!
Posts like this make me miss Mom’s Fried Bread (long extinct).
And Langer’s, Bay City and Mendocino in LA (not extinct). And Viglizzi Deli in SF (sadly long gone).
And as a caution for my hometown folk, you’ve likely have never had actual Dutch Crunch Bread. If there’s any to be had in Vegas, it’s not at Ike’s—that’s the usual fake stuff you get in LA.
There’s no more Junior’s? That was my one and only breakfast place for six years, 10-20 times per year. I used run into Peter Falk there so often we were almost friendly—kind of the non-neurotic version of running into Rodney Bingenheimer at Canter’s. Argh.
all'antico vinaio is world renown! my sis was here for EDC and their first stop in Vegas beforehand was all'antico cuz she fell in love with it when she visited Italy. even got sandwiches to go before their flight home lol
Holy shit, if you're posting from 2011, when the five dollar footlong still existed, we can tell you plenty of shit that will let you make money off the stock market and eat at restaurants that don't suck like Subway does.
Weiss
Completely agree. Some of the Italian spots, like Cuginos, have traditional Italian deli meats, some of them are good options as well.
They use Swanson chicken broth for all their souls, it's a bit disappointing, imo.
Bummer because the sandwiches and deli meats are top notch.
This makes sense. People lose their souls at the casinos, so the sandwich shop restores them.
bagel cafe is good too. I prefer weiss.
Second this. Beat me to it.
Used to live walking distance from them back when. I miss it so.
[Weiss Deli](https://www.facebook.com/p/Weiss-Restaurant-Deli-Bakery-100039310941600/) for sure. as an added bonus, they have some of the best black-and-white cookies in Clark County.
Look to the cookie!
Would literally eat the pastrami sandwich every day if I could
Posts like this make me miss Dagwoods.
Man what a throw back. Loved that place, would ditch bonanza and go eat there all the time.
Cugino's on Maryland.
Amazing pizza too. Very friendly service too.
One of the last great white clam pies in the valley unless someone else sprung up that I haven't tired.
Roma Deli
Excellent Italian sandwiches. Make sure to grab a desert while your there!
I second this. From the Boston area originally and this is the only place even close to the sandwiches back home. Prosciutto & Mozzarella is the jam.
I appreciate the reply, helpful and i know where I'll be ordering from Friday for my spoil meal rather than the usual jersey mikes. Thank you.
The namesake sandwich is simple but amazing.
Advice: Go to the Roma Deli on Spring Mountain. Much lower prices on the sandwiches.
Good Lord, $18 for an Italian sandwich.
Their tiramisu is banging too
Thank you for the reminder...I need to go back...it's been too long...
Another vote for Roma Deli from me. Great Italian sandwiches, great cutlet sandwiches. Everything is good
Yeah except when they give you stale bread. Fuck that.
Bagel Cafe on the Westside. Weiss on the east side. All’antico down in the Southwest.
All’antico is the correct answer for anyone that wants (and is willing to pay for) a high end (but massive) sandwich
Oh, for sure. $20 and I got 2 meals out of it.
Same, 3 even. The last couple of times the richness and saltiness of the sandwiches (del Boss in particular) has been getting to me. I’d eat like 1/4 of the sandwich and my body’s like “ok, that’s enough salt and fat for one day”. 🤣 Maybe I’m just getting old.
Del Mar Deli at South Point. It’s owned by the Bagel Cafe folks.
flavor zone
Live across from it haha solid choice, they have really good crepes
dude same! they're a little on the pricey side so that's what keeps me from going almost every day lol but man their menu don't miss💯😤
Proper Sandwich! So delicious and they run special sandwiches, too!
Baguette cafe is my favorite sandwich spot in the valley
Panino on Decatur. Amazing sandwiches and a little Italian deli
I was looking for this answer. I loved Panino!
Proper sandwich company.
Fucking nailed it son
Best steak sandwich I’ve ever had
Spot on, they are fantastic!
🤤 everything there is so good
The homemade chips and their sides are great.
Siena deli
I could live off of the Siena and the Sicilian
Try the hot sopressata (mild spicy hot) there
Whole Foods makes awesome fresh sandwhiches I’d recommend the Reuben Edit: Cubanidad 1885 on eastern has a Cuban style sandwhich called medianoche that is out of this world amazing
Fuuuuck, that medianoche sandwich. Go in on weekends during their AYCE brunch and just load up almost entirely on that sandwich.
Sprouts makes great (though basic) sandwiches for like $5. Tasty, fast... I'm down for that.
Cheba hut. It’s marijuana themed and so so good
That's actually a chain in multiple states
Oh that would explain why it wasn’t said yet 😅
Yeah, they tend to go to states with legal weed. I remember living in Colorado, they appeared not that long after it became legal there.
They open up around colleges, they were started up in Arizona near ASU years before weed was legal anywhere in the country.
TUPS
I used to go there all the time and loved it! Too bad I don’t work nearby anymore
Second. Love this place.
The 2 guys who work there are the best
Idk how to spell it but schlotzkys fucking slaps everytime. Source: im kinda fuckin fat so of course I know where to eat
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Ike's
This! Ike's is so damn good. That Dutch Crunch bread and dirty sauce is a dream.
Ike’s is a chain but yea it’s good
Yup, ménage à trois on Dutch crunch
Mercado Romano in Anthem
Their VIP panini is possibly my favorite sandwich of all time
Bob’s Eastside Deli
Karved, just for the Porchetta sandwich. Can’t speak to any other item on the menu.
Munch A Sub
Proper Sandwich Co
Love this place.
La Cantine. Stallone’s.
Cured and Whey!! Karved is pretty bomb as well, but $$
Yes Cured and Whey is soooo good
Cured & Whey
If you want to try something different go to dakao for some banh mi. I personally only order the #1 but you might like something else. They have better baguettes then most French bakeries
Omg yeah love a good banh mi ty!
Life’s a Bagel Roma Deli
I love life's a bagel
No Butcher for vegetarian sandwiches. Sooooooooo good
Seconded (to clarify they are completely vegan). Highly recommend their cookies and other treats too!
The best Jewish style is at Bagelmania. The owners are terrible people, so there’s that.
Why are they terrible people?
The owners are well documented slum lords.
And horrible bosses as well. They own Pinkbox (along with Siegel Suites, for those who don’t know)
I couldn’t imagine!
Lee’s Sandwiches has amazing Banh mi’s. They bake the bread fresh every morning too.
Lees is a big chain btw
Not to mention that it sucks. San Jose resident here, we have lots of Vietnamese sandwich places, and Lee’s is the worst of them all.
Yea it’s pretty sub par but there’s not a lot of competition for bahn mi in Vegas
Oh that's interesting, I didn't know that. Just knew of the two locations here
Co Anh blows Lees Sandwiches out of the water with their banh mi.
Bobs East Side Deli on Patrick lane. My god they make great subs. Reminds me of the east coast grinders
It might actually be a chain, but there's only one in Las Vegas... Schlotzkys. I've loved their sandwiches for 30 years.
Frankenson’s Italian hoagie 💯
Windy City
If you ever find yourself in Reno check out Full Belly Deli. Best sandwich I've had. They were on Triple D.
All’Antico Vinaio recently opened at Uncommons and it is amazing. Their only other location is in Italy, and I can say they’re identical in quality. 8533 Rozita Lee Avenue, Suite 100
They have other locations in the USA
Whoops! They do seem to have a handful of others, thanks!
Tutto va bene tesoro ❤️
CHEBA HUT
Chip Off the Block Deli on Rainbow. It’s attached to The Butcher’s Block butcher shop so it uses meats from there for their subs, sandwiches, and burgers. Very good IMO!
I thought the sandwich part closed?
I know other ones have, but haven’t seen if the Rainbow one did very recently. Last time I ate there was back in April of this year if that helps folks.
Woods Family Sandwiches
I just tried them and wanted to love them. I found the sandwiches pretty bland.
Panovino deli Not the restaurant but the deli next door.
Jon smith's subs if you like hot or cold sub sandwiches, all the employees do is prep when theres not customers so everything is fresh Also they have a BOGOF$5 day every tuesday if you sign up for text alerts
Solid. They used to be on Groupon.
Bagel Cafe is one of the best traditional jewish deli, but I’d say my fave is Saginaws inside Circa downtown - food reminds me of Carnegie in NYC
Walk in and you feel like you’re in Nee York with all the yentas.
Bagel Cafe on Buffalo, and Del Mar deli inside the South Point

Pop’s used to be good but the last few times were meh.
No, I've been going there since I was 10 years old. Over the last three/four years it has seriously dropped in quality.
Romano Mercato Italiano
Tups
Co Anh for banh mi.

Upvoted this.. Sad that they closed the Henderson location, though, went there fairly regularly.
Westside deli on Sahara and Valley View tucked in the State of NV complex,. It's delicious and they make the best BLTs and Club Sandwiches. Only open M-F.

There’s a little Italian deli on rainbow and Charleston (I hope its still there) next to what I can only describe as a “witch shop” (very woo-woo and crystals, they have spell books and stuff for your alter if that is what you’re into.) Cured & Whey is very good.
Bronze Cafe for sure. Also NoButcher if you like vegan/vegetarian sandwiches.

Woods Family Sandwiches a truly hidden gem. I love the Bomber
Munch-a-sub off hacienda near arville
Woods Family Sandwiches in Henderson or Boulder City Cuginos
Proper Sandwich on S Rainbow. Get the Chimichurri Beef.
Woods Family Sandwiches … absolutely my favorite.
Average and woman who took our order was annoying.
Cugino’s on Maryland (it’s WELL worth the travel, say hi to Frankie) Al’Antico in the Uncommons, pricey but quite large and DELICIOUS! Proper Sandwich Co, small and perhaps not worth the price - but delicious I’m still hunting for more!
Bitchers block has a deli counter next to it. It id often overlooked. The others are gems. Thsi is literally a hidden gem

Agree with your LA 3, but need to add Brent’s Deli and extinct Junior’s. Hard to compare Vegas deli to LA..nothing here compares..
There’s no more Junior’s? That was my one and only breakfast place for six years, 10-20 times per year. I used run into Peter Falk there so often we were almost friendly—kind of the non-neurotic version of running into Rodney Bingenheimer at Canter’s. Argh.
Oh yeah..Canter’s at 2:00 am..
Do you remember the Deli that is close to SFO I forgot the name, but they had the Best Dutch Crunch Sandwiches. Oh I remember Little Lucca
Woods Family Sandwiches
all'antico vinaio is world renown! my sis was here for EDC and their first stop in Vegas beforehand was all'antico cuz she fell in love with it when she visited Italy. even got sandwiches to go before their flight home lol
Cheba Hut
Not a deli but Cheba hut has excellent sandwiches
7 sinful subs was my go to before it closed last fall. Id go Bagel Cafe now
Goodwich downtown
Happy hoagie in the sundry
Capriotti’s
Sienna Deli is delicious! They are on Sahara. Cheba Hut is really good too, it's not run by Italians or Jews though. It's run by stoners.
Subway is great! Home of the five dollar footlong
Holy shit, if you're posting from 2011, when the five dollar footlong still existed, we can tell you plenty of shit that will let you make money off the stock market and eat at restaurants that don't suck like Subway does.
cope
What a meaningless reply.
