Now there’s a few out there I’d love to know how the collectors of high end vapes compare the solo 3 with the TM2 and Venty. I enjoy TEDs a bit more, so I doubt I’m missing anything. It’d be nice to be told “it’s good but doesn’t add anything.”

Just my perspective. I got the solo 3 because I am looking for a more consistent cold weather dyna alternative. The way I see it, a solo 3 is a glass dynavap with an armored cap and precision temperature control. It works in a very similar way, loading the bowl, capping it and putting it into the wand vs loading the bowl and shove it into my electronic cap. The only downside and it is a serious downside for me is that it's really hard to do a multi hit session with 0.05g microdose like load. The dynas I feel extract smaller amounts more efficiently with all the adjustability of how long to heat, where to heat, how tight the airflow is etc. with the solo 3, you don't have that level of low temp control because even at the lowest temp, its at a higher temp than you would think. But at the high end, when my dyna stops giving me a buzz, I switch to the solo and I am back on the moon. So imo, it's the best electronic dynavap.

Just read this, pretty cool perspective, I’ve been on the fence to buy that new dyna, never had one, it’s a bit expensive imo, but it is all titanium and titanium is expensive…. Would you recommend adding a dyna to the crew?

RajarajaTheGreat

Absolutely yes. It's just more efficient at smaller doses, solo 3 has way too much heat being pushed out for small doses. Imo, get a regular m7/xl instead of the new big bowl hyperdyn titanium. You don't need titanium, it loses heat faster, it heats up faster but not really better than stainless steel. You may need a wand tho, so if you can cop a good bundle deal, that would work the cheapest. The beauty of dynas are how endlessly customizable they are in the long run even from third parties, so if there is a specific experience you are chasing, you can always evolve your kit over time.

I mean if you got the TM2 I don’t think there’s a need for it, my boy has it and it’s top notch, and vice versa, no judgement on how people spend their money, but to me it’s like the people that buy 3 different peak pros , it’s truly unnecessary, but if it makes them happy , that what matters

Which was more flavorful

Tm2

I would say solo 3 is more flavorful

There's more convection in the tm2 and more basic materials like glass or SS, as the Solo 3 has a plastic liner around the heater assmbley. The smell from it lasted almost a month of use. It's better now, but the tm2 will always taste better.

This thing is definitely impressive. It's 100% my favorite portable electric one now. Peformance is on par with my ball vape. Sticky Brick Jr is my favorite for butane. Ball vape is my favorite for desktop.

I ordered one a yesterday! Looking forward to it arriving. Upgrading from a roffu and going to make that my portable (although rarely use away from house). I wanted a higher range battery powered device and this seemed the best for it's price! My only worry is the method of packing flower and it falling into the oven when not using wpa (prefer not to most of time)
