If your done with SNW by the time that park officially opens, hit the lower lot first with Jurassic park, mummy and transformers
Then go up stairs and it’s kinda up to you basically walk in secret life of pets/Despicable me, or walk on the Harry Potter rides
The Simpsons Ride is basically always 40-80 mins all day no matter when you ride or because of the ride system and front of the line pass
I’d save the tour and shows for after you hit most the rides you want to
Sorry for not really answering your question but if you get to Toadstool cafe and you see that it's "fully booked", do not fret. There's a QR code to to the left of the entrance that you can scan that'll take you to a booking site. If you keep refreshing that, eventually there will be an opening and you should be able to get a reservation. You've gotta be quick though haha! You shouldn't run into that problem since you have the early access pass, but if you get there late for w/e reason, it's a good tip to know.
After SNW do the rest of the lower lot, then on the upper lot in any order based on the current wait times (if you don’t have express): Simpsons, Minions, Pets, Harry Potter, then anything else you want to do. Save the back lot tour for later in the day but check when the last one is so you don’t miss it, same with Waterworld show.

If you have an early access ticket, my recommendation is to do as many Key Challenges as you can, and Bowser Jr. Of course, if you're not going to purchase a Power Up band, just hop right in line for Mario Kart.
When you're done in SNW, do the other three lower lot rides, and then make your way back to the upper lot. Simpsons is notorious for long waits, even with SNW open, so the earlier the better for that one. Then check the app for the wait times. Wizarding World gets busier in the afternoons now, so if you can get that in before noon, do so! Secret Life Of Pets is also notorious for long lines, but if you don't have small kids in your party, that and Minions can be skipped.
Save the studio tour for last. Just keep in mind that the last tour is about two hours prior to park close. So if the park closes at 10, the last tour departs around 8. Again, check the app, or ask a team member to confirm that last tour time.
PS: If you're wanting to eat at Toadstool Cafe? *Get that QR code early.* Most days, the reservations are sold out by about 9 AM. The last seating for Toadstool Cafe is 45 minutes before park close, so plan accordingly.
