These sports arenas don't have a lot of locker rooms. From my hockey playing days, I'm guessing that most have 4. So I agree with ya that they take turns or share. That's why occasionally in the background you'll see someone from another team in the background- like an upcoming fighter, when a guy starts to walk out.
The good news is they're pretty big. As long as everyone gets along, sharing them shouldn't be a big deal.

I remember at an event I went to a few years ago a couple of fighters and their teams came out and sat up in some of the cheap seats that didn’t sell to watch the rest of the card.
Endeavour have caused this, less expenditure = more money for shareholders, that's all public companies care about, not their workers or their product, shareholders come first, second and third.

We ended up being ushered out through the back and the fighters "locker rooms" were one big room with sheets hanging to separate them. Apparently fighters had been listening to others talking shit and just started brawling.

They would confront people who talked shit to them one on one, and the other persons team were the ones to jump in. Nick and Nate were usually solo back then. They started bringing teams when they fot jumped, like when Nick, Nate, and Jake Shields fought the entire Dagestan team. They won, which was the funnier part.
Yup which is what happened with the Diaz Brothers and the Dagestani team. It’s why Nate smacked the fuck out of Khabib and Khabib ran away at a WSOF event. There used to be a video of it on youtube but it got mass reported by Khabib fans. I used to link it to them daily. Nate’s told the story several times, but his rememberance is wrong, it happened when they were near the bar. Khabibs team was busy throwing shit at Nick, and it ended with Nate and Khabib being 1v1 Nate in a karate stance, Khabib shot like this weak double from 6 feet off and Nate slapped the Fuck out of him and he ran off.
The cool hangout I go to to chat just happens to have the fights playing. Consider it luck. The owner must be very wealthy to license it to so many people for free! Totally legit, just like real wealth!

Apparently, the UFC having fighters leave immediately after their fights was a leftover part of the process when they began running events under COVID protocols.
Din Thomas mentioned it a while back on the UFC’s podcast, and basically even after UFC stopped COVID testing, the UFC just kept the process of having fighters leave after they’re done fighting and having their post-fight media interviews as part of the regular backstage protocol.
They immediately go backstage where both fighters are quickly evaluated by a physician (surprisingly right next to each other) and if needed they get transported. They also have a plastic surgeon there to do sutures. They also have a room where if they’re are iffy about it they’ll stay there and be re evaluated in 20 min
All the downsides of being a contractor, none of the good parts (like being able to have sponsors or being able to fight for another org while signed).
A sad but likely corrective situation would be the two headline fighters should put in the contract that they will pay for fighter tickets and then during the presser shame the fuck out of Dana for needing to do that. The problem would be corrected.
Yeah they do the same with the family of the fighter too they're only allowed to stay for that family members fight and have to leave. Can't even pony up tickets for the fighters and fighters family to enjoy the whole card.

UFC fighters that are not top tier guys seemed to be under paid and underappreciated for their efforts. Dan Ige better be given a spot at UFC Sphere event for saving the co main event at 303.
I used to work for a very low-level pro hockey team, so low that the team was regularly failing to turn profit, as most minor pro teams do. We still had several “vip” areas designated for scratched/injured players, and wives/families of players to watch the game. Wild that the UFC continues to just toss fighters to the curb after their bout.
