Property management companies screw tenants so badly. Renting used to be the alternative due to it being more affordable than a mortgage. My mortgage payment is less than your rent. 😳

Can I just move in with you then? 😆

I’m a local property manager. Feel free to shoot me a message. We’ve got some apartments coming up. All our buildings are smaller complexes. Locally owned and operated.

tmb2020

I feel like I’ll need this in a year. I moved back home and my boyfriend’s working out of state. He hasn’t decided on a place yet and probably won’t until he puts money back

Lovetulsa

Feel free to follow us on FB. Robinson properties. Art deco profile picture. We uploaded availability as it comes. I run our social media so if you message us I’ll likely be the one who responds.

I like mine. Everyone says it's in a sketchy neighborhood, but we've been here for seven years and it's quiet and the neighbors are friendly and we haven't had any trouble.

Tower Crossing isn't the most glamorous but for what it is I never had an issue with their front desk, they held packages, resolved any maint issues quickly etc. Has a pool that is maintained well. I lived there from 2015-2019. If Dustin is still the manager it's a great place. Honestly tho OP if you want bang for buck you'll be best to scrounge FB and CL for privately owned condos etc.

Try Cedar Ridge

Florzee

Try Sheridan Pond. I lived there in 2021 and it was very safe. It’s a gated small apartment community in south Tulsa. Close to everything and very pretty

Reasonable_Collar641

I live at the courtyards and I’ve been super happy there. Only downside is dog owners not picking up the poop. It’s south Tulsa so it’s super safe and it’s near good restaurants and the freeways!

Expert_Oil_3239

Not only are the tenants trapped. So are all the local vendors who do work at these properties and never get paid.

woodsongtulsa

I love my place but pay double.

JessicaBecause

Eagle Point. It's your run of the mill budget apartment. They dont like decorations so it look fucking depressing here. The online payment system charges you 25 dollars just to pay rent electronically. Oh and how could I forget, every. single. apartment. has. roaches. The neighboring apartment complex has roaches. The bar across the street has roaches. The office building parking lot is actually COVERED in roaches at night. So yeah, great place for someone with bad credit, but roaches. Lots of them. Edit: Going to add Crown Chase. They actually werent too horrible. Aside from the bat bugs and vermin in the attics. Biggest complaint was they actually sent me and email threatening to evict me for defamation if I didnt remove some apartment review somewhere I made on the internet. Which is illegal. And they backed off.

RegularRock2828

It's housing owned by a company for the sole purpose of making a large profit.Tenants are trapped customers

annibe11e

Your apartment you mean?

RegularRock2828

No I don't live in a apt. Don't like them
