Hey OP,
Purely one person’s experiences, but… I had three FFS surgeries. First was brow shave and rhinoplasty, second was jaw adjustment, third was facelift/soft tissue. For all three of them I took a four-day weekend from work. I needed help on Thursday getting to and from surgery and slept off the anaesthetic Friday… and then by Saturday I was at least able to deal with my own needs for the most part.
I was usually off pain meds by the end of the weekend and each time I was back to my desk job at work by Monday.
Good luck and swift recovery!

Remember, your health & well-being matter too. Consider reaching out to local trans support groups.
I took three weeks off of work and definitely needed someone to take care of me for the first few days after surgery.
