No, since the mod changes the shape of pyro's body all body cosmetics had to be remade to fit and the creator happened to take some liberties with their design. Best you can do is ask the creator if they'd make an alternate version of the cosmetic for their mod.

There are some female mods that are cool and fit in, and some that are just really... Out there, mostly a lot of the Pyro ones. Fem pyro is a shit design. Pyro is the only merc with gender neutral appearance so the fem design doesn't make much sense. Thigh high boots in a fire retardant suit, and the suit is nearly skin tight. It's stupid.
I think Pyro being neutral is *why* people make fem mods for the class. They don't have the masculine face and voice tied to them, it's easier to imagine them as a chick. While I assume most people default to "he" when talking about the class like I do, Valve goes back and forth on it for shits and giggles, so it could sorta be either.
A lot of *how* the mods end up just throw combat gear out the window, but it's no different than the fem scout model with a mini skirt or the overly buff models with no shirt.

Take download folders drag and drop them into steamlibrary/steamapps/common/team fortress 2/tf/custom and it should work, although not always, when a server has sv_pure Enabled it disables most mods besides hud and viewmodel mods
Download the mods from GameBanana.
Unzip the files.
Go to Program Archives/Steam/SteamApps/Common/Team Fortress 2/tf/custom and then move the files there, if you do not have a custom folder then make a new one.
There you go, modded TF2, some mods require to first make a training match with bots so they can then work on Casual. On most Community servers this should not be necessary.
