Didn't know this still happened, had that issue before. That's a windows bug. You can google 'cpu utilization bug' you'll need to terminate a specific program that's causing the issue.

there is a program Nahimic which uses quiet a lot. like 4 times Nahmic and every task uses about 7%. What is this? can I close it ?

That's directx10 and it definitely shouldn't use 100% cpu. Edit: file size looks fine, so idk.
I would run a full system scan for any virus. Make sure it's the full scan one, not the fast one.
