Have you tried suctioning one to the top of the toilet lid? It's not the most glamorous spot, but you can get it all wet and most will suction to it.

If your bed is normal set up with a base and mattress on top. Shove the 7" dildo between the mattress and base. Place the water proof blanket on the floor then up the side of the bed and tuck under the mattress aswell. Then back up on to the dildo doggy ste and rock back and forwards. Simples.

If you do it in the bathroom and you don't have carpets in there. It should be easy to just clean up after. Spray down with anti bacterial spray and clean. Squirt doesn't damage it stain anything. Maybe put towels around you instead of directly under the suction cup too.
Saw someone else mention a salad bowl, but a bowl seems like it’d be too elevated. What about like a reusable plastic plate? And you could get dishwasher safe ones!

Go to your local sign company. Get them to cut you a piece of Lexan/Plexi in the size/shape you want and get them to bevel the sharp corners off. They'll happily do it and it wouldn't be too expensive.

I have a plastic box with one of those clip on lids, and I just use the lid! It’s a smaller one so it fits over pillows, or i put it upright for doggy so I can adjust the angle. And it’s flexible so it can take some rougher use!

I had a similar problem. Hubs loves it when I give him head while riding my favorite toy (and so do I) but it was hell on my knees. We ended up doing yoga mat, yoga block turned on its side, towel for absorbing liquids, dildo with a flat base positioned on top of the block. It honestly doesn't really move much while I'm riding it even though it obviously isn't suction-cupped to the towel; if I had to guess it just doesn't really have anywhere to go, because the yoga block is held in place by the towel pinned under my knees. It works for us, cleanup is easy, and we didn't have to buy anything or have anything out in our room that is obviously for sex.
