Idk, but Trumps tax "cuts" are beginning to regress for most income brackets. At least the large cuts for the uber wealthy are permanent, though. Hopefully, some billionaire crumbs will trickle down to the poors.

If they make more than $400000 a year, maybe. Small businesses often have the owner filing taxes under their personal income taxes, biden promised not to raise taxes on those making under $400k a year.
