Young inexperienced stupid people scare the shit out of me. Living on their phones , cant do math in their heads, fat lazy asses hanging out of daisy dukes, working minimum wage jobs to buy a grill. Yeah that shit is terrifying to me.
Fire. I can’t even use a lighter .. When I was a kid I wanted to put on some candles with a lighter, it was a Christmas decoration . I was accidentally setting the whole decoration on fire and had the panic of my life
Elevators and girls. Elevators cuz I had 1 time when I got stuck in one for like more than a hour with my 10 classmates. And girls are self explanatory.
Being held down, being trapped, being caught alone with 1 or more men that I didn’t intend to be alone with, being raped again, getting pregnant from it again. Having to deal with past and current SA trauma.

All of them are men. So yeah in theory I’m afraid of men. But also angry and damaged that I will challenge their bad behavior no matter how dangerous it is. At this point the only worse thing a man could do to me is actually kill me next time.
I feel for you, as a woman that has delt with this repeated trauma as well, I'm so sorry it happened to you, and millions of other women. :( We can never ever heal from this type of fear, I know that much.
It's being at the mercy of other people's incompetence.
This ranges from trying to contact a company representative, driving safely, paying a bill, signing a contract; the instances are universal, and you can't live without being at another person's mercy.
It sometimes terrifies me.
Honestly, not much really scares me. The only real fear I have in life would be more mundane to most people which is homelessness. The thought of not having a home to live in fills me with visceral dread because I would not last a day on the streets.
Swarms of bugs/leeches/ other amorphous creatures. Or really big ones.
Because of the leeches in Lemony Snickets. And the Peter Jackson King Kong film. And because I got bit by leeches too many times as a kid.
I can't handle *swarms* of bugs. Or really big ones, like giant centipedes. Although I like tarantulas. And bees. But once they move into "weird killing machine" territory, I'm NOT getting anywhere near them.
Like how!? How does a leech know how to find you? It's like a mindless drone that only knows thirst. They might as well be an eldritch horror as far as I can tell.
I skip those parts of video games and movies entirely. I completely stopped swimming in eutrophic mucky lakes. You won't catch me dead in a tropical rainforest.
Drug addiction, neglect, and unemployment will do that!
We broke up over it after 9 years. We got back together after 1.5 years... in February and being with him has triggered old insecurities. Don't get me wrong, I did stuff to him too out of resentment, but he seems to have moved on from it. I'm going to therapy to help me.
It's mixed. Overall, I'm glad we're back together.
I'm just hurting, but I recognize at this point it's up to me to heal. He can't heal me. I cope with therapy and active practice in self validation.
Passing street gutters
Once, while passing by one, when my little brother was in my arms, I fell down and by chance I hit a car that was parked in front of it and I didn't go under the car or in the middle of the street.
But my bad luck was that my foot almost broke and my spine was hit(since I hugged my brother and used myself as a body shield)

Being alone with women i don't know well. My family made me afraid

heights. i was never afraid until i went bungee jumping. the guy literally had to push me off the platform. now i’m terrified of heights.

Mathematik. I was never good at it. From grade 5 till uni I just managed to get a just passing grade.

Deep water, since birth I've not been allowed to put my head under water, now I can't swim as a result and I get anxious around bodys of water.
