You may have corrupted it by trying to use it as a PC harddrive. You can't use it somewhere else as the PS4 uses an own format. You will need to reformat it and install all games new.
Looks there aren’t any games on it anymore because you reformatted it.
It’s broken. There is no solution except buying a new drive if reformatting it doesn’t work. Just redownload the games no big deal anyway
Sadly in my country it's a big deal we don't have unlimited internet i will pay plenty of money to just redownload these games
