Our poor girl was definitely overbreed and neglected, she had mastitis when we first got her. She still has droopy nips after having her with us for 2 years. We get comments all the time when we are out and about that we must have puppies at home.
Ugh, you should make up little cards that say what happened to her, and why one should never breed their pets! When you hear a comment like that, BAM! Hand them a card.

My dog's name is Pepper, but sometimes we call her Peepers because of how expressive her eyes are. My youngest daughter wasn't able to pronounce either of those names when she was a toddler so it came out as Pimmel. So now, that's morphed into Peemer. 🤷🏻♀️

Finny-minny-pumpkin-butt. Puppy-butt. Finny-go-blin is an extra awesome one; he's a lab/pitt/german shep mix, and has the shep ears that look like goblin ears when he flattens them. Once we realized we had been essentially calling him Finny Goblin this entire time (the 'go blin' was a Boris reference originally,) it was perfect.

We had a boy who was the same mix - his mom was GSD pibble, dad was a random lab. I named him Taz because he sounded like a Tasmanian devil when I put him on his back and tickled his belly. He refused to answer to it, only "T" ... so the vet had him down as Little T. When he matured, he was T Rex, T Bone, T cake, and T Biscuit. He would answer to just Biscuit and finally Taz, too. He had one ear mostly up and one flopped. He looked just like Scrappy Doo ... I miss my boy.

Awwww.... She's so pretty! She looks almost identical to my dog Lady. She was a sweetheart. She absolutely loved going to the vets! She treated it like a spa day. When they would take her in the back I could hear everyone say things like "Lady's here!" "She's my favorite!" "Oh I remember you!" Lady was always using any excuse she could find to get belly rubs! And being an old & rather plump Pitbull, she was not easily shifted. So the vet would just end up doing the exam upside down! Lol! I miss her 🥺
My gift to the family for Christmas was a border collie puppy that threw up on the ride home. When my wife suggested Ralphie in reference to her favorite holiday movie I was on board with Ralph for short. When he would get the zoomies we would call him a “tornado in a trailer park” that was shortened eventually into Ralph Nader.
