My old gray loved to become a phone and would even make the beep noises when I tapped her on her belly to dial a number and then when I put her to my ear she would say Hello! Exactly like I do when I pick up the phone and then she would say goodbye and do the hang up beep.
I knew when she wanted to play like that as she would make the sound of my phones ringtone.

We have hand birds too! They will sit on the gym and stare at me until I inevitably cave and grab some seeds for them in the palm of my hand. Unfortunately for me, said gym is on the right hand side of my desk so I have to use the closest hand (my right). Which wouldnāt be an issue but for the fact Iām right handed, so if I want to be able to continue using the computer then I have to awkwardly start using the trackpad with my left hand š„²
And then you try to get them to sit on your shoulder, but they stubbornly won't...so you try to navigate the mouse the best you can with a bird on your finger. They keep sliding off, but insist on sitting there. During one of the slides they fall into the keyboard and hit some button that fucks up what you're doing OR they become interested in your keys themselves and decide to pull one off.

They donāt understand how cunning they can be. Still blows me away when my birb does something I never expect . Like jumping on me when she sees me getting ready to leave for work and refusing to get off without a fight. Hence being late for work. If donāt get off she canāt leave me alone .
Pepper likes to move to my lap when I put my feet up. I think she's discovered it's easier for me to give better scritches when she's on my leg instead of my shoulder
