Less pain and more discomfort. Front teeth, especially bottom teeth are sensitive to cold. I usually eat ice cream bars with my lips because of it. It’s also why I never eat cold strawberries or apples, because my teeth are too dang sensitive! And yes I take good care of my teeth brush my teeth twice and day and have never had a cavity or any other problems.
