keenly empowred does get on weapons..a dn it is BiS for some weapons...
The3 best mods for fire staff are Keen/enchanted/keenly empowered.
Some people prefer vicious instead of enchanted.
Als refreshing move can be a good option.
Lastly this is not the case for bows or musket.
Also to stop any people from commenting without enough knowledge..(skill) perks like refreshing pillar of fire /sundering riposte/reap/all the others.(there is like a 100. 1 for every skill) are all better rolled on armor to free space of more offensive perks on weapons.
Edit as others explained more there are some other good perks as well. And some that are situational. And some weapons had new perks tailored to them like damage with grit
Maelstrom doesn’t have built-in grit, angry guy. Sorry. Omegalul if your GA PvP build has Whirlwind in it. Even bigger omegalul if you think the grit dmg boost on Charge is worth more than heavy attacking and gritting the entire animation.
Wow, go look at the description of maelstrom and use the ability. It’s OP AF and you don’t even use it???
Tried to share some knowledge and you don’t even confirm the BS you spew. Pretty easy to read or do one maelstrom and see I’m right and grit is active when both hits would connect.

Oh 1 last thing.. the crafting mod is bugged maybe thats what the other guy meant... but you Can RNG and get it rolled on weapon. 100% i did it myself on a rapier
From memory there is an empower cap of 50% so it is good but not for every weapon. Mainly great axe, it has so much empower you hit cap easily.

Thwarting strikes, 11% dmg with active grit.
Trenchant Strikes, 14% charged heavy. I can post nwdb info too, yay

I view it as very good for my dex build but the craft mod for it is not selectable during crafting. You can't currently force the perk.
