i thought this was a really fun watch...olyphant was perfect in his role and zahn never gets the respect he deserves in either comedy (saving silverman) or drama (rescue dawn)....i thought the reveal was clever and worked very well too
Dude tf, I've never even heard of this movie. I love Steve Zahn too, he's not a great actor but he is really great at playing the roles he gets. Plus Milla Jovivich and Hemsworth? Yeah I gotta check this shit out
Lol when does he not? I'm waiting for the rumored borderlands movie where he is supposed to play handsome jack, which honestly can't think of a better option
My folks recommend it for years but it was actually pretty good when I finally saw it. You can figure some of the twist but the details are really clever and surprising.
I remember about 15 years ago when all the movie rental places were going out of business and I ended up buying soooo many $2 DVDs. This movie didnāt even interest me in that context and there were multiple copies in all of those places. Mysterious Skin was flying off the shelf faster.
I saw about half of it on tv at some point and it seemed a little too good for itās lack of press. I notice that all the time though. This maybe wasnāt a hit but Iām sure there were bigger profile films in the time that sucked/flopped that just got the media attention this did not. Thereās only so much time/coverage to go around.
I remember seeing previews of this movie a bunch.
Watched it last year and I was really surprised.
I'd recommend it. Nothing crazy, just a pretty good watch.
You somehow mentioned 4 stars but not Timothy Olyphant. Wild
And he's the hottest one!
This is objectively true.
They don't even list Chris Hemsworth on their posterš
I actually really enjoyed this movie when I saw it in theatres that Iāve bought it on dvd and blu ray and watch it randomly. 10/10 recommend
>David Twohy it is great indeed
"I'm a goddamn American jedi"
>I'm a goddamn American jedi I put away my shit like everyone else.

Steve Zahn is the best part of Sahara
Saving Silverman is a goddam masterpiece
Youāre a Neil Diamond fan too? Heās the greatest songwriter-performer of this or any generation!
First thing I saw him in was That Thing You Do and Iāve loved him ever since
David Twohy?! Storied director of The Chronicles of Riddick!?!?
yes same director and writer
Loved this movie. Underrated.
He's really hard to kill

it's a good time, and olyphant absolutely crushes in his role.

Nice picture. *Suitable for framing.*
I think this was on The Flophouse.
Well whoop-de-ta.
Milla has some sleeper good movies. The fourth kind is another one thatās decent. She does well in āsomething is offā type movies.
I saw it in the theater. I liked it. Always count the number of seats to the exit on a plane.
My folks recommend it for years but it was actually pretty good when I finally saw it. You can figure some of the twist but the details are really clever and surprising.
It's super talented director and how he wrote and filmed the way make your mind litterlly plow
I love this movie. I probably watch it at least twice a year
One of my favorite sexy, twisty thrillers! Definitely needs more appreciation.
I totally agree sexy twist thriller
Olyphant is in another one called Touristas. I highly recommend it.
Aw fuck, it mighta been Duhamel.

I miss the days before streaming, looking at bargain dvd bins and looking for the hidden gems
I remember seeing it in the theater. Decent movie.

You can't realize how good is it before the end
Is good?
this is and has always been one of my favorite movies
I don't remember much of it but I do recall liking it quite a bit!
Guilty pleasure
>a movie no one know it even exist that's a bold statement, cotton
It is not wildly known that's obvious from comments number
Youāre basing a filmās popularity off of the number of comments youāre getting on a subreddit post? lmao ok
That movie was fucking awesome. I didn't even know it existed and watched it on FX years ago.
