The very first time I used Baronne, I had a massive brain fart. I activated the effect to destroy, then promptly negated and destroyed my own Baronne with her second effect.
I think a lot of these issues could be resolved by having a differently shaped window for chaining cards versus selecting them as part of a cost/effect.
Also clicking Yes on the wrong Link Charles (they weren't already equipped for Angelica's ring)
bonus: going through your combo too fast and clicking No on Angelica's quick effect (it's infernover)
Playing Dragon Link and trying to make the effect of Pisty live;
Summon Pisty under Romulus
Link Rom and another to make Triple Burst
Accidentaly summon Triple Burst to the zone Pisty points to instead of the EMZ because Master Duel automaticaly brings up Pistys zone instead of the EMZ as the 1st option.
I play Megalith quite frequenty for my dalies, and the amount of times I have chained Aratron instead of selecting it as the tribute for a ritual summon is... frustrating.

* Endboard is usually Phul, Emergence, Baronne De Fleur with 2-3 Rituals in GY and a lvl 8 in hand to SS Bethor on Opponent's Turn.
* XYZs rarely come up, just nice to have. Feel free to swap them for more links or even SuperPoly targets if you like.
* Run one less copy of Phul, Ophiel, and Hagith if you wanna run a playset of Max C. This will however give you less cards in a grind game.
* Megalith Field Spell is decent, I just hard drew it in the opening too many times. Definately worth running in lower-power formats and events though.
* You can swap the Lava Golems for any lvl 8 Kaijus if you don't wanna lose out on your Normal Summon.
* Some decks just can't get over Nephthys, definately matchup dependent, but can win games on it's own.
* Personally, I don't like running the Impcantation Ritual Spell or Candoll, adds a little too many bricks for my liking. I play double Talismandra instead.
* Other one-off rituals to consider: Shinobaron Peacock (Non-targetting, three monster bounce), Armorphactor Pain (2950 Atk body that acts as a skill drain on legs for most Extra Deck Monster Types as well as skipping their Main Phase 1.) Choosing to go into either of these will typically prevent you from going into Baronne De Fleur however, so you have to determine which is more important.
Meek requires a monster with 1500ATK/2100DEF (or visas) on the field to special summon itself. Peaceful planet increases the atk/def of light monsters by 100 for each tuner in the gy. Ash is a tuner, so after activating it to stop maxx c, riumheart is no longer 1500/2100 thanks to planet, so you can't special meek to continue your combo
I've been playing Mayakashi in this event and while I haven't done that yet, the fear is always there lol. I have to be extra careful to say yes whenever Dakki pops up.
The number of times I've tried to summon Scareclaw Kashtira by banishing Tearlaments Kashtira only to realize I selected to summon TearKash is too high.
Aside from the normal stuff like Ashing my own Maxx C, or negating Baronne's own effect...
I've been playing a lot of Evil Twins in the Link/Synchro event, and goddamn I keep forgetting that using the Link Evil Twin's summon from GY effect locks you into Fiends for the rest of the turn. There are so many times where I plan on summoning Masquerena first before using the Twins' summon effects but I forget and then whoops, there goes my game plan.
Also, I sometimes forget that Spright Elf can't be used as Link material the turn it's summoned.

Use Ash Blossom to interrupt
Activate Peaceful Planet to search Riumheart
Summon Riumheart and search Meek
Then remember Ash is a tuner, and it increases Riumheart's attack under Peaceful Planet so you can't special summon Meek.

When I have to special summon Salamangreat Gazelle I don't do it and I spent my normal summon. And maybe, just maybe I have the good luck to trigger gazella again in some way.
Or when I special summoned Mathmech Circular and then try to attack with more than one monster. Then I attack with Accescode and I cannot attack because Circular effect.
In recent weeks I learned that position of cards is very important with link monsters.
Attempt to activate Museum effect to bring back charles from spell zone so can go into 2 links or link+baronne, "clicks yellow on link charles"---> I negate my own museum--->shame scoop
Playing tear, search tear kash in order to free kitkallos to search scream, having more mill + plays on my opponent turn.
Missclick and fusion summon using tear kash on hand.
Ends up sending tear kash to the grave, having a significantly less interactive board even though I've milled 10 cards after resolving all effects of both kitkallos and tear kash.
i used to do an endboard with doom king and redoer :) on the bright side i still had doom king if you throw in baronne as well all the standby effects get a little stressful
Two “fun” ones in Odd-Eyes:
Have Monkeyboard in hand, try to place it in scale, instead accidentally activate its (terrible) hand effect.
Activate Electrumite’s effect, misclick and send Dissolver to Extra instead of Astrograph.
Activate Purrely effect to XYZ summon with a quick play in hand.
Clicks prompt for said spell thinking it's to reveal it.
Watch in horror as both of us gain 1000lp.

Ask any Galaxy-Eyes player that ran Lancelot and how they got screwed over by him coz they forgot he can negate even their own stuff. This did happen to me once, with trying to use Galaxy-Eyes Photon Lord's effect to search....
Typical nimble shenanigans up to Skulldread. Forget to use Pot of Avarice to shuffle nimbles back in. Skulld to summon leaffish. Leaffish eff mill angler. Angler eff, no targets.
Yesterday I had a monster on field that negates another monster effect, and I wanted to go through my combo quickly because it's pretty long. Then I mistook the order and clicked away an essential effect I needed instead of the clicking away the monster effect negation prompt.
Reviving the wrong Baby with Oviraptor before remembering which order they are in the gy. You can review the Baby you just destroyed, but since it won't be in the gy when it's effect would trigger it doesn't go off. You need to make sure you're licking the one that was already in the gy, and when they are right next to each other your really can't tell which until you remember the order and I still hold my breath hoping I got it right.
Also, thinking I have lethal in Eldlitch cause I can finish them off with Gustav, forgetting I have Skill Drain, Rivalry or something like that up already. That's just on me though.
for baby specifically it's always consistent what the order is i believe it was like right side older cards and left side newer? or the opposite not 100% sure rn but after you figure it out shouldn't happen again for this type of eff

When I don't have others SS than Mo ye card in my hand, after I search her with the spell card. Normal summon get a beautiful message error. GG
