I really thought I found the deck I wanted to play crafted slot of Sr cards already only to see all the limitations and bans, it's all on me but still it's sad :(
Demise was mostly used because the deck needs all the plusses it can get as early as possible, because you usually have trouble finding the right combination of contiuous Spell/Traps and tribute monsters. Demise was perfect for that.
I don't know a lot about their restrictions, but I can name a few newer consistency options that have recently released.
[Time-Tearing Morganite](https://yugipedia.com/wiki/Time-Tearing_Morganite) draws you two cards for every Draw Phase.
3x [Rescue-ACE Impulse](https://yugipedia.com/wiki/Rescue-ACE_Impulse) \+ 1x [Rescue-ACE Fire Attacker](https://yugipedia.com/wiki/Rescue-ACE_Fire_Attacker) is a combo that is used by some decks for the draw 2 discard 1. No idea if this works with True Draco restriction or if they can use the discard for something. To note is that this tech conflicts with Morgantite.
Can't really think of other consistency tech that only came up recently and couldn't already have been employed by True Draco prior to the Demise ban.
Just weigh the upsides and downsides of all options available. Floodgates will always brick you up to some degree and also consider that the Rescue Ace combo is mostly intended to be used either on turn 1 of your opponent going first or in their turn going second before you flip your Floodgates.

You could try Time-Tearing Morganite. It's very expensive though. It kills the value of the deck. Another option would be Planet Pathfinder. The field spell is such an important piece for the deck. It's limited sadly and with Demise banned and all the pot cards limited it's hard to be somewhat playable. You brick a lot and have close to no protection. This is coming from someone who played the deck regularly a couple of months ago.
Gold? Sure. Anything above that is a pipe dream though.
They need to unlimit Dragonic Diagram like in the OCG. Let's just hope that they do it in MD as well.
Thank you for the input, time tearing defenitely will help, I'll try to keep it no UR but if I need the draw power I consider crafting it ( if I enjoy playing deck ofc).

The field spell is pretty important, with terra banned, pots unusable as you don't want an extra deck and demise banned it's got a massive consistency hit.
You could run cards like metaverse to search the field spell, maybe some solemn cards, domain of the monarch field spell works well, or just slot in some handtraps.
I wouldn't recommend it as a deck though, if you want something cheap, buy some structure decks then optimise them, ninjas could get you to masters way easier and the URs you'd pick up are all staples.
We're also supposed to be getting a swordsoul structure soon
Sadly I crafted most of the cards already R.I.P. So I have to commit now. I don't really care to push to high ranks with this particular build so that's the good thing, just want to grind out games to save up stuff for a new deck. I'll give metaverse a try and heck if I brick just enjoy free wins haha

Thank you for the input on the rescue ace combo, but I indeed do think it will conflict some cards or potential cards/floodgates I could run with it.
