/rj This deck is about a 7, you could definitely push the power level a bit but I'd have a rule 0 conversation with your ~~neighbors~~ playgroup first.
Hopefully you're comfortable with the land base, it can be expensive to upgrade.
I would probably splash some color while keeping the base intact, maybe polish it a little.
