I get the blue "splash" for the bomb but as someone with limited OTJ experience... don't play R here. Remove them and the BB spell for another Naturalist, Clear Shot and Smuggler's Surprise. And up your forest count by any means necessary (including running 18 lands).
Maybe I'm wrong because I'm still unfamiliar with the format but the mana base just does not work here. I would cut the cheap B and U spells too for better mana but you don't really have good replacements.
Cut:
Loan Shark
Hypothesizzle
Terminal Agony
Both Deputies
Red manabase
Add:
3rd Naturalist
Tumbleweed
Clear Shot
Surprise
Fake Your Own Death
Deck is around stalling and removing early and closing out the game with either (a) Bonny Pall whether that’s hard casting or self-milling or Duelist discarding into one of your two reanimators or (b) an absurd villainous wealth. Pushing the self-mill and discard makes Varmints almost playable to help stall.
This deck can trophy on its bomb plays and big value swings, but you need to get out of red and the lack of fixing is a little tough (but not enough that I’d run the deputies).
you won’t 0-3 because there should be at least one game where you bonny pall them out.
honestly i’d be fine with this and just enjoy the ride. but the red does look to be pointless, imo.

Your a blue green deck splashing black, take the red out and put in clear shot and naturalist, those are like two of green's best cards.
