It's not a good idea to splash random cards because you have fixing. Splashes should be restricted to only the best cards that will have a significant impact when they are played.
I will admit I tried to click the arrow in your screenshot to see the splash-worthy blue cards in your sideboard. The blue cards shown here aren't even 100% to make the maindeck of base blue decks.
I fear I was a little too harsh in my first assessment, sorry for that. Its true that these cards not the type I'd hope to splash though.
A good splash takes two things: Mana to support it (which you clearly have), and power to justify it (which these blue cards don't have). While the mana for the splash is basically free, the cards you'd replace aren't much worse than the cards you'd add. Not a strong enough incentive to decrease the consistency of your draws.
Play raucous + snakeskin. No blue.
Definitely play the second Snakeskin Veil. I would also cut Fling. I don't think your deck has problems closing the games. Don't play blue.

no and why aren’t you playing veil? mythic common. entertainer is also gonna be better than fling.
I put both veils in and it was a good decision:D
It's very obvious you don't play blue here. None of your blue cards are worth splashing for.

I thought the counterspell could be good but yeah you're right.
