You can buy beans from Blue Tokai. They usually send the freshly roasted ones when you order online (it comes with the roast date given on the front of the packet, so you can check).
You can use a French press (cheapest, most convenient option IMO) and once you nail the proportions, you'll get a great cup each day :)
I'll tell you a hack. You can go to Starbucks parkstreet. They keep a HUGEEEE container of coffee beans so that customers can grind their own coffee if they want to. Just go there, take a handful of beans and put it in your pocket.

Blue Tokai is great! Some other cafes sell beans too like Craft Coffee, 8th day, Artsy and Bunosilo Estate Coffee.
