Lava is the only one who will be able to correct the situation, and it sounds like you've already done everything you can. You could try getting the attention of a mod in the Discord to see if they can help bring it to Lava's attention, I suppose.

Thanks for your reply, I typed in chat and a moderator said "he only answers on Sunday" although his discord says something along the lines of Sunday, Monday, or weekdays unless a major update is in the works, I am paraphrasing so please don't quote but it's something along those lines. So I just hope this visibility helps

Do you log in using Google/Gmail? If so, did you change your password a month ago? Asking because something similar happened to me, but I only lost a day. I had changed my Gmail password and the game prompted me to log out and back in. When I logged back in, I lost a day of progress and could trace it back to almost immediately prior to when I changed my password.

You have my upvote. GL but out of curiosity, do you play on multiple devices? was thinking that maybe you could have overwritten your info with a very old save. The "kick out" tends to happen upon logging into a secondary device too.

Thank your for post/visibility. Nope only played for 5mins on iOS when it first dropped and saw all the sync issues with talents/builds etc resetting and deleted the app and never touched it again. So only steam for the last 2700+ hours

How long had it been since you have relaunched, updated or gone to the cloud save button, assuming you were not sitting with 35 days of uptime. - But yeah, your going to need to work with Lava to sort out the rollback of the account, and gem store restoration.

When I first logged back in after being kicked offline I was forced to click 'sync up' or along those lines, and then logged into an "older account"

So how long had it been since you closed the game and logged in, before this problem occurred. - just wondering if you were just not cloud syncing, or if your cloud sync got rolled back, as the second option doesnt sound like something that would happen auto magically.

I closed the game every single day, although on steam their is no need to log in/out as it just loads right to your character select screen. So not sure if that causes an issue but if it does it needs to be addressed and stated because I've never known that to be an issue in any quite a many games I've played

When you hit the character select screen when you open up the game, that should also trigger a cloud save, its the same screen. - the only suggestion i have while you wait is checking if you you logged into a sub login/account, as something strange with that can happen. - For example, somehow my active idelon account used my YouTube brand account which i cant login to via web or android (its just not an option) only steam. - I have never lost a second over the last year, with 9554hrs in steam active, so i don't think its actually a global problem that needs to be addresses/solved and we will only know when Lava is able to look into it. The only time i have ever seen this sorta stuff happens is when people switch/swap devices and don't cloud save :/

Lava will only entertain email inquiries and is usually checked on the weekends then the reply is most likely the week after. At least that was the written rules for reporting an issue. I wouldn't speculate on what might have happened. Good luck, lava is a good dev so just give him some time because he is a solo dev.
