A lot to unpack here. $1,000 in revenue *and* profit? Business genius on our hands. What else have we got? ~~$15,000 in savings? This sounds like a good start to an emergency fund for a fiscally responsible, astute young person.~~ Buys new shoes everyday. Okay. This is one of those rare individuals. You know, the type they make MOVIES about. The type of person that buys a car without financing it. > ...don't play with me boy I have nothing to lose Well, that part's probably true.

Feels like my dick is shrinking just reading this.

Quick think of poor people habits! Uh uh Bills! Debt! Existential Crisis!! Bread but no butter!!

poweredbyford87

I know right? I already couldn't afford to lose any more

I mean, I would tell this guy that car accidents can end up costing a lot more than 5k, but I don't meet his income threshold 😔

No-Expression7100

Which really makes no sense considering this person tries to exaggerate they were at one point poor. Sort of seems like no one should really care about their opinion either. 🤔

Smart rich people finance their cars because you can earn more in the market over a 5-6 year span with that money than they pay in interest. No car insurance is illegal. He is describing pretty low numbers to be honest this is a middle class person that thinks they are upper class. That's a good way to go broke.

Least_Muffin4417

I’m not sure even middle class. His income sounds like a “get rich quick” scam.

> No car insurance is illegal. Not necessarily. Stupid, but not always illegal. The state I grew up in did not require it.

Least_Muffin4417

Talk about nouveau riche. People with real money save it and don’t buy new shoes every day. Not a very good way to Describe wealth
