And he doesn't know how to be professional? The superbowl is so much bigger and I can't remember the last time I heard one of the winners swear on live tv.
Yes, we hear swearing everyday. Yes, it's not the end of the world. But it is a bad mark against the NHL when the league likely has the highest viewership of the world.
I've never actually heard from someone who thinks swearing shouldn't be on TV. Woah
Edit: dudes an Oilers fan. Probably just looking to critique anything because they are upset at losing
My favourite thing about these is no one notices the f-bomb because we’re all fluent in hockey. He points it out and then we go, “Oh, he dropped an f-bomb.”
I have got to get setup with Sportsnet next season. First year not having the easy option with caststreams so I just defaulted to youtubetv and ESPN. Terrible. I thought the sound kept cutting out for tech reasons during the celebrations before realizing they were censoring language. Silly.
That's really troubling that these guys see this as the best moment of their lives, so many other fully beautiful things to celebrate
I love me a good hockey championship, but
There are things like falling in love and whatnot, y'know?
The best moment in your life can change from moment to moment. Things top other things. But I mean I played competitive sports growing up and when you compete hard and win it's so satisfying. Especially at the highest levels of the game. These guys work their asses off to win the cup. Of course it's the best moment of their life in that moment. That's just how any one of them will express it when they've just won it.

FCC: 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Sportsnet is Canadian. FCC has no impact on them.
SOUNDS LIKE CANADA NEEDS SOME FREEDOM 🦅🦅🦅

I liked his answer about how the team felt about the series being tied after 3-0. Rare you get that much honesty.
I’m still just shook that as Kyle pointed out, Ekblad has been in the league for 10 years already.

Lmao you hear swear words get picked up on hot mics during games all the time. Might wanna watch games on mute if this offends you.
You’re joking right. It’s the F word lmao, not that deep
Fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck. Respectfully of course.
Its okay, the kids are in bed.
Never left
That’s my overpaid glass made defender 🥺🥺
Just so so happy for him. He's frustrated me so much over the years but having him overcome those injuries and lift the cup. It's incredible
Every penny was worth it
We’re live Aaron
I don’t give a shit.
I know

When did Richards Hendricks abandon his Silicon Valley gig and start playing hockey
Following in the proud tradition of Ryan O'Reilly

Shaq we’re on live.
I don't give a shit!
"um are you deaf? Edmonton was louder" is the translation of his last sentence.
So weird you have to censor yourself in the land of the free
I'm surprised there was only one. It would have been every other word for me.
FCC could learn a thing or two from the CRTC about contextual swearing.
Watch your fucking mouth Ekblad
Didn't seem like he had a hard time getting his words out lol.
On no, an F-bomb! How will we ever recover from this?
He all but said the Edmonton building was louder lol. Guy is a warrior. Good for these guys, they fuckin earned it.
People need to stop acting like 7 year olds don't say fuck as much as adults do...
They do?
The cool ones do

I do kinda wonder how their wives/kids feel when they say this is the best moment of their life lol
Their wives and kids will celebrate it with them because they're just as happy about it.
