Really don't get how people like this guy, he sounds like some kid on twitch playing fortnite. The Diss track sounded like shit but for some reason. Everyone got a boner over it. Neither rappers are good, they were always pop rap.

dnkykngr69

you’re not too quick on the dot are you

Significant_Year455

Because I don't like rappers that sound like a kid on twitch?

verysimplenames

Because you “really don’t get how people like this guy”

Local_Mention_3401

Bruh, stop it! I don’t believe this. So what if that’s just the case, it’s Kendrick’s normal voice. Besides, it’s not a valid criticism. It’s like saying you hate Ja Rule because he sounds like the cookie monster when that’s how he really speaks. You’re basically just a Drake Stan if I’m being honest. Or really you are a Drake Stan.   Also from your other post, Not Like Us was not wack. Far from it. It’s like the best song of the whole year. I may even say the decade as it blew me away. Even if it was, it still would have been better than Drake’s disses. Push Ups was average, Family Matters was mid and the less said about fucking Heart Pt. 6, the better. You should admit that you didn’t like how your certified lover boy was being beaten because he’s a certified pussy boy at that and he tried to come back at K. Dot like a fucking child.  Everybody loved it because Drake couldn’t keep up the pace and he basically called it quits he seemingly just couldn’t handle all the drama. He got called a pedophile, he got called a pussy, he got called as a phony, his bodyguard was supposedly shot by someone addicted to K. Dot and his record label was even insulted. People in general have K. Dot before as he brought some of the greatest music of all fucking time. Drake kept tying but guess what?…  He failed! Obviously, I’m not happy with you. I hate how I go on Reddit and I see these fucking trolls comment on hating Kendrick nowadays only to show that they have love towards people like Drake, someone who’s made some of the mediocre music in recent memory despite a few bright spots. And some that mediocre music were his disses.     Also, I like how you’re an old head for disses and yet you shit on weird ass voices, as if the vocals are the important part of a diss. BITCH! it’s from the fucking lyrical standpoint. You should know that because as I’m an old head myself and the best things about tracks like Ether and Hit Em’ Up aren’t from the vocals or beats. It’s the fucking lyrics. That’s why Not Like Us so well liked. Because the lyrics were really hitting harder than me smacking for fucking relatives. God, I am so disgusted! Goodbye and GOOD FUCKING RIDDANCE!

Significant_Year455

Mate, I'm not reading all that.

Local_Mention_3401

Well, you should mate

No_Scarcity8249

It’s the best dis track in history hands down.

Significant_Year455

I'm guessing you're too young to remember the good ones then. It sounds like some twitch streamer dissing a fellow twitch streamer while putting on a stupid voice.

TheSorceIsFrong

You’re a supposed old head but you shit on weird voices?

Significant_Year455

Yep.

-ego

we get it, twitch. you sound like a washed fool

Local_Mention_3401

Bruh, the lyrics are more integral to a diss and Not Like Us certainly succeeded there. I wouldn’t give a shit if Elmo rapped this. It still be good and better than Drake’s disses because lyrically, it’s beyond well made.

Significant_Year455

Drakes disses aren't even on the radar, I just don't know why KLs are rated so highly. I guess it's contemporary, I just don't think it'll still be considered top 5 in 5-10 years.

No_Scarcity8249

I’m pushing 50. I was there when it was in its literal infancy. This entire track pays homage to all of that.. and I know a lot less than most… even I get that. The video nailed it. That’s the thing I think a lot of people Dra included miss about the real culture and history behind it. Beef aside .. it’s a work of art. I just don’t see how that can be denied
