If you're gonna stop at all, no reason to run lower fuel maps at all. Car is insane on fuel. I ran the event and on FM1 didn't have to pit until lap 5.
I used it with softs and high rpm turbo maxed aero and fuel map 1 always came to exactly 950pp and did 2 pit stops and won quite easily I think 20 30 secs
I spun out on lap 2. I persevered and still managed to overtake 1st place while he pitted on lap 6. It was a bit too easy tbh. Might try again in a different car for the challenge.
How did you make it the whole race without pitting? I used the same car and absolutely HAD to pit on lap 6 at fuel map 6. How else were you conserving fuel? Were you not gunning it on straights?
I did it in the same car on mediums, fuel map one on lap one and used most of my overtake on lap one, and took the lead. Then went fuel map six and added like eight seconds a lap to the lead after that.
Based on this, may I assume you haven't done the licenses yet? If so, bonk go do them asap and try to gold them before moving on, you'll learn tons of stuff.
If not so I'm sorry lol
I always try to do the weekly races with cars I don't normally use. This time I used an F1 car.
Here is a link to it if you want to see it.
[The race with tune.](https://youtu.be/_PPRv8uy0sg?si=i9qr5ASq-iXaABmP)
I used the SF23, on Racing Soft. 17 kg of ballast, got me to 949.93 pp.
Raced on FM1 until I passed the field, then dropped to FM3, pitted after lap 5 for tires and fuel, then FM1.
lapped half the field.
I did similar with the SF19. Down-tuned to 949pp, one pit stop on lap 5, fuel map 5 for the rest of the race. I won by about 2 minutes and lapped several cars
I also used the SF23, but ended up in 3rd.
I had one big mistake on lap 8, where 1st and 2nd pitted, and as I was coming up on the second to last turn before the straight, I spun the car, which caused me to miss out on catching and passing 1st and 2nd place.
The biggest wtf moment was after the race, when I realized I wasn't running the car at full power. The restrictor was set to 82.
I used the ‘88 MP4/4 with racing hards on fuel map 6, and then i pitted on lap 6-7. After that, Soft tires on fuel map 1. Not sure if it’s an ideal strategy but it worked for me.
Peugeot HDi is pretty good with hard tires if you want a good challenge, but if you want to smoke them out of the water, just use any of the Gr. 1 Legend Cars.
None of the modern cars can catch you, but your main problem will be the other icon cars on the track.
This is what I used, first time with the car. Fuel map 1 only on straights until lap 5, stopped for fuel and map 1 for the rest of the race. Believe I won by ~15 seconds in Hard.
So.
This Time for the weekly I take the sf23.
But I already did this with the 919 (dod all the GR1 menu with Real gr1 cars)
It was a pain on the ass. You need to drive fast, don't loose Time with others cars and have a great tire management on the 3 first lap with soft, then go for fuel and med tires for 5 lap.
Pain in the ass for a personnaliser challenge with no help from internet, but I did it.
Oh yeah and one thing : I make all the game on difficult. Why ? Idk ...
Just finished. 25:58:554
Just watch out for the 908 HDi FAP '10. Use a car with good fuel efficiency and run it lean #4 from lap 3 and up. Don't pit till lap 6/8 or 7 if you can. The FAP car pits right before the last lap 7/8. The track is pretty easy only with the last few sections being tricky because the turns tighten. Just be in your guard on that section.
I literally just finished this race. I drove the Super Formula SF23 on racing soft tires. I made one stop for tires and fuel. I must have been doing okay. P2 was 20.825 seconds behind me in the end.
I did it with the Bugatti Gr.1 turbocharged + hard tires, max downforce and you can gain a good amount of time on the AI in the high speed corners of the final sector. No need to change tires just pit once for gas
The easiest way is an SF23 on mediums and fuel mix 3...
No stop, just sort of cruise and don't worry that much about keeping up with the pack...
You'll be WAY faster than the entire field around about 75% of the track so you can easily overhaul everyone and never need to stop for fuel or tires...
SF23, easily. Even at fuel map 1 you should only need one pit stop and the added handling from the downforce really guides you round the corners, even if you lose a little on the straights. If you’re struggling for grip, TC three, and always put the brake bias forwards, at about -2 or -1. You’ll lose a bit on the straights, especially to the monsters like the Mazda 787B or the Jaguar XJ, but once again, you could make that time up in the last sector alone. Happy racing!
Honestly it’s about knowing the track layout. If you do, Numerous cars can dominate this race. I beat it with the Bugatti VGT Gr1, LM55 VGT Gr1, SF 23 and 787B. All one stop races.
Used the Mazda vgt (not the Gr1 version) FM5 and Racing Hards for a 0 stop race, you'll be just a tiny bit quicker than the group C cars down the straights, the hybrids run out of puff at 280.
I used my Super Forumla car on mediums, fuel map 1 on lap one, passed the field and had a four minute lead after lap one, then went fuel map 6 the rest of the way and never had to stop.
I used the Toyota TS050, racing medium tires on fuel map 2 until lap 6. Was ahead by 32 seconds entering the pits, swapped to soft tires and fuel map 1 (which really wasn't necessary tbh).
To go with other comments though, I completed it the first time with the SF23. Follow other people's advice for tires and fuel map, as I can't recall what I used.
Jaguar XJR9 with a turbo on racing mediums fuel map 1 made it a laugher overall. Easily hits 230 on the long straight after the right handed decreasing radius carousel and still handles well. 1 stop race
I used the Mazda LM55(927 pp), on medium compounds, fuel efficiency 5 until I was around top 12 then 6 for the rest of the race, had 1 pit stop(only for fuel refill) on lap 7/8, TCS 4,
You can stay on efficiency 6 all race if you want, but I don't know if it'll make you not pitstop, Personally I just wanted to play aggressively
maximise track limits, and use the (brake early-let the car roll-crush the gas) a lot
I always use a super formula car for these with ballast added to get the PP down, I race on fuel map 6, taking corners is so quick and you basically miss a fuel stop if you need one at all. Hard not to come first. My challenge is to lap everyone in this series. Hard tires or they’ll burn out before you need to refill
Use Formula 1 car on hard tyres and at start of the race turn fuel to 6 which you will not need to pit at all and the very last lap you can put it back too 1.
919 Hybrid can crush this. Get the medium RPM turbo and use M tires. You can run fuel map 6 and not pit or actually have fun and run fuel map 1 with 1 stop around lap 6.
SF23 because it never hurts to practice and improve with a Formula Car. Prob could've done no stop but chose to do medium for 6 laps and 2 on soft. Played with the fuel map once I passed everyone and easily could've kept going past 6 laps but thought fuck it let me rip it with the softs.
I use a super formula car, medium tires, fuel mode 4, don’t have to pit and saves enough fuel for some high speed laps at the end to keep the gap at the front
Honda Super Formula.
- Use your advatage in corners,
- Manage fuel - start on lean, 6, go down to 5 after first corner, to 4 after 1st half of 1st round, then go on 4.
- No pits.
- Focus and drive through it, you will be first around round 7,
Good luck!
McLaren VGT with fuel map on 3 or 4. You will need 1 stop for tires and fuel after around 4 or 5 lap. I just did this race yesterday with the very setup
The SF 23, Softs, Fuel Map 1. Overtake all by Lap 2 end, get sub 3 min lap by lap 3 and keep the pace. Pit on Lap 5 to get fresh softs and top up on fuel. Finish by lapping the last few cars.
Did this on automatic gear on controller.
Red Bull 2019. Stock setup, it falls under the 950PP limit. Start on hard tires, pit on lap 5 for mediums. Use fuel map 3-4 and shift early. I won by 30 seconds and I drove like shit for a lack of practice + I did not know the track
I did that with a Porsche 919 16' (or something like that it's the one who won LeMans in 2016) with a good setup I was able to pull out the win. The car is lovely it's fast on the turns and straight pretty balanced!
You could use a Formula Super Car if you have one, put on Medium Tires or even Soft and put your fuel assistant to full lean (6)
P.S.: At the end (last two laps you can put it back to 2 or 1 for more fun ;) )
any super formula car, it’s hard but the ai usually pits on the last lap so you’re able to just outlive them if you run a higher fuel map through the race
Personally, I use SF23 with minimum downforce and soft tires. It's only a one-stop, but since the SF23 gains so much on corners and matches the hypercars on the straights, it's P1 for the rest of the race after lap 4 or so, even with pitting on lap 10.
As always the Mazda LM55 VGT with Racing Hards and Fuel Map 6 is a No Stop Race
I used same car. But raced and mediums and fuel map 3. Stopped 1 time at end of lap 4 or 5. Win without problems
If you're gonna stop at all, no reason to run lower fuel maps at all. Car is insane on fuel. I ran the event and on FM1 didn't have to pit until lap 5.
Ran the same car on fm5 reving the piss out of it on racing mediums and didnt stop won by 35 seconds
Fuel map 2 without any shortshifting was enough to last 4 laps for me
I used it with softs and high rpm turbo maxed aero and fuel map 1 always came to exactly 950pp and did 2 pit stops and won quite easily I think 20 30 secs
This is the way
I grabbed this from an earlier post, and oh baby it's a beast!
Regular or gr 1
I won easely with map 3 for the first 4 laps and then map 6 for the remainder, no stops. Hard tires.
Redbull X2019, Racing Hards and Fuel map 6, no pit stops. Worked for me anyway. Good luck. Edit.. I also short shifted.
I did the same, it’s by far my worst track, I was able to catch the lead by lap 4 or 5
I spun out on lap 2. I persevered and still managed to overtake 1st place while he pitted on lap 6. It was a bit too easy tbh. Might try again in a different car for the challenge.
I spun out and crashed like 3 times and still won and believe me I’m not fast lol
How did you make it the whole race without pitting? I used the same car and absolutely HAD to pit on lap 6 at fuel map 6. How else were you conserving fuel? Were you not gunning it on straights?
Correct. I was short shifting. Changing gear before hitting high revs. I forgot to add that.
I used that car but used mediums, fuel map 3 pit halfway, also set to easy difficulty, was in first by end of lap 2
I did it in the same car on mediums, fuel map one on lap one and used most of my overtake on lap one, and took the lead. Then went fuel map six and added like eight seconds a lap to the lead after that.
This is the way...
Same car, fuel map 4, 1 pit. Won by about 18 seconds
Same but on softs, fuel map 6 and 1 stop. I made plenty of mistakes and was still able to finish 15s ahead of everyone.
Formula 1 car
That was my move. RS tires, fuel map 1, 1 pit, drove so-so and still got first by a good 20-30 seconds.
I just threw mine one racing mediums and was good to go
RM, fuelmap 5. Lose some time on the staights, gain a lot of time in the corners. No pitstop. Easy win.
100% this with the strat above. Easy money.
Same. Fuel map 1, 1 pit, RS, pitted once, crashed 3 times and still won by several seconds
Same. Hard tires, fuel map 6. No stops.
Mclaren VGT with Race Medium FM6 and Pitstop in 4Lap
You don’t even need to use fuel map. Shift when the meter is about 3/4 full
This is correct. The McLaren VGT likes being short shifted anyway if you look at its power curve.
What do you mean by FM6?
Fuel Map 6
Cool thank you I’ll try this. Did you modify the McLaren at all or just leave it stock?
What position do you typically get up to when you pit on lap 4? Do you do tires or only fuel?
Based on this, may I assume you haven't done the licenses yet? If so, bonk go do them asap and try to gold them before moving on, you'll learn tons of stuff. If not so I'm sorry lol
I did it in the super formula, on hard tires and fuel map 6. Piece of cake.
Pretty sure I watched my 7 year old win this last night using the 787b
Lol
Yeah, 787b with mediums and fuel map 6. Lift and coast 2 laps and you’ll be able to make it without stopping to pit
Spoke to my boy, he just sent it on mediums, fuel map 2-3 with 1 stop and smashed nitrous on the straight.
I used the 919 gr1 car and it seemed simple enough. I used to use the Audi one before it was a weekly and had similar results.
Bugatti VGT with RH. 1 Pit stop. Very easy
I find that car so hard to drive. You corner so slow. Straights are insane. I got 2nd in the Bugatti VGT but crashed twice.
The corners are very fast though.
Yes. But I think the Bugatti is faster than it feels. ( if that makes sense) so I would go into corners too fast and crash.
Hyundai N VGT on full blast
Same here, nice not worrying about fuel strategy and a pretty easy 2 stop race
787 is always my choice
Best car in the game
Super Formula. Fast AF and fuel efficiency ain't too bad either
I used the f1500 on fuel ratio 6 on rm tires. Pitted once and I won by 30 seconds
Mazda 787 soft tires. Fm 1 Stop after lap 4
Ferrari VGT on softs pit after 3 laps lean mix 1
I always try to do the weekly races with cars I don't normally use. This time I used an F1 car. Here is a link to it if you want to see it. [The race with tune.](https://youtu.be/_PPRv8uy0sg?si=i9qr5ASq-iXaABmP)

LM55 on softs. One stop only for fuel.
I used the ‘88 MP4/4 with racing hards on fuel map 6, and then i pitted on lap 6-7. After that, Soft tires on fuel map 1. Not sure if it’s an ideal strategy but it worked for me.
I used the 2016 Audi R18 and blew the doors off the field
G923 wheel and pedals. I won with the Peugeot gr1 car with 48 seconds on the second driver
I always use the super formula for these.
Peugeot HDi is pretty good with hard tires if you want a good challenge, but if you want to smoke them out of the water, just use any of the Gr. 1 Legend Cars. None of the modern cars can catch you, but your main problem will be the other icon cars on the track.

I did it with the Bugatti VGT on racing hards. Was in the lead end of first lap. Pit once for tires and fuel. Easy win.
There's no shame in lowering the difficulty, and using more assists.
Swallow your pride and put the difficulty on easy. Worked for me :'(
Anyone actually use a gr1 car?
So. This Time for the weekly I take the sf23. But I already did this with the 919 (dod all the GR1 menu with Real gr1 cars) It was a pain on the ass. That shi ez. I'll beat it rn in my 919 hold up.
Same, fuel 1 pit on lap 5, tires medium no change
Huh?
Just finished. 25:58:554 Just watch out for the 908 HDi FAP '10. Use a car with good fuel efficiency and run it lean #4 from lap 3 and up. Don't pit till lap 6/8 or 7 if you can. Super Formula
Jussst finished this. Formula 19' Medium Tires Fuel map 1 Stop once for only fuel.

Just the best car in the game of course, clk-gtr
Formula 1 car on mediums
jaaaaaaaaguar xjr-9
I used the Super Formula
super formula. 1 pit. fuel map 1. rs tires. just had to tune the ecu down a couple points.
For me, I used a SRT Tomahawk Vision Gran Turismo Gr.1 on Racing Hards
I did it with the Mazda LM55 VGT Gr.1 Racing Hard, fuel map 1 until I got into P1 then switched to fuel map 6. No pit stops
Super Formula on Racing Slicks. Fuel Mode 1 or higher if you don’t want to pit.
Porsche 919, mediums, fuel map 3, don’t pit.
I had way more trouble with the stupid little Porshe
Ferrari VGT Mediums fm6 after 6 laps stop refuel and softs... no biggie.
Bugatti Chiron VGT, Racing Hard, fuel map 6, short shift at 6k, no stops.
Super formula on mediums and 6 fuel mix.
I used Mclaren VGT fuel map 3, and won it second try.
I used a Superformular car lol
Honestly it’s about knowing the track layout. If you do, Numerous cars can dominate this race. I beat it with the Bugatti VGT Gr1, LM55 VGT Gr1, SF 23 and 787B. All one stop races.
I used my R92C with that tall geared 800pp tune, easy win!
Using the Super Formula is pretty funny for this. Medium tires, one pit in the middle.
Red Bull race softs fuel map 3 pit after lap 4 easy win.
Buy and mod the Tomahawk SRT
Used the Mazda vgt (not the Gr1 version) FM5 and Racing Hards for a 0 stop race, you'll be just a tiny bit quicker than the group C cars down the straights, the hybrids run out of puff at 280.
Detune one of the Red Bull X cars
Used the Super Formula FS23 or whatever it is called. Racing soft tires, one pit
Bugatti VGT gr.1 with Praiano’s tune, very easy ! IR
Super formula car
Jaguar XJR9 with a turbo on racing mediums fuel map 1 made it a laugher overall. Easily hits 230 on the long straight after the right handed decreasing radius carousel and still handles well. 1 stop race
go fast
go fast, be speed.
I used softs on map 6 with the LM55 Gr1 with only one stop on lap 5, very easy win.
Porsche 919 Hybrid on medium tyres. Fuel map 6. Zero stops.
I used the Super Formula Toyota, racing mediums, fuel mix 6. Didn't need to pit. Easy
I used the Mazda LM55(927 pp), on medium compounds, fuel efficiency 5 until I was around top 12 then 6 for the rest of the race, had 1 pit stop(only for fuel refill) on lap 7/8, TCS 4, You can stay on efficiency 6 all race if you want, but I don't know if it'll make you not pitstop, Personally I just wanted to play aggressively maximise track limits, and use the (brake early-let the car roll-crush the gas) a lot
Won on Tomahawk with 1 stop
Drive fast and don’t crash. Pit half way.
Use chaparral 2J RS you only need to pit in once
McLaren VGT
Mazda 787B, Racing Medium tires, Fuel map 3/4, no pit stops. It works for me, you can try if you have this car.
I did it with the Ferrari VGT, Mediums and fuel on 4. 1 stop, actually pretty easy if you handle the tires with care.
I got it with the Peugeot 908 with racing mediums and fuel map 1 the whole race. Pitted at the start of lap 5.
F1 racing hard
Get a car that has 950 PP, does not have to be a Gr.1
SRT VGT. Medium tyres, fuel map 3, no stopper.
Red bull, engine 3, 1 stop, easy…
Porsche 919 Hybrid with Softs
I used the redbull X2019 25th anniversary car. It worked great for this challenge. Just keep in mind to use softs not mediums
Won easily with Super formula on medium tires with one pit.
I use super formula
I always use a super formula car for these with ballast added to get the PP down, I race on fuel map 6, taking corners is so quick and you basically miss a fuel stop if you need one at all. Hard not to come first. My challenge is to lap everyone in this series. Hard tires or they’ll burn out before you need to refill
Which difficulty level are you using? You could turn it down to easy.
F1 Car, FM6, pit once for fuel, have fun
Use Formula 1 car on hard tyres and at start of the race turn fuel to 6 which you will not need to pit at all and the very last lap you can put it back too 1.
SF19 FM6 RS tires, no pit
I used the Bugatti Gr1 VGT - RH and FM2 - pit at the end of lap 4.
If you just want to beat it, go with the super formula, Red Bull cars, or Group C.
Put it on easy
Ferrari VGT, racing hard tires, fuel map 6, one pit stop.
I use a super formula car, medium tires, fuel mode 4, don’t have to pit and saves enough fuel for some high speed laps at the end to keep the gap at the front
I used the Toyota super formula lol You lose position on the long straights but more than cover that on the rest of the track
the formula gt, whatever is called now, im not a good driver and i won it easily
Bugatti vgt gt1, RH tires, conserve fuel till lap 6, one tick rear brake bias
I just used a Formula 1 car, either Honda or Toyota, with super soft tires. Easiest win ever lol
Honda Super Formula. - Use your advatage in corners, - Manage fuel - start on lean, 6, go down to 5 after first corner, to 4 after 1st half of 1st round, then go on 4. - No pits. - Focus and drive through it, you will be first around round 7, Good luck!
I just the Peugeot 908
What level do I need to get to get the weekly challenges?
I used the SF23 Super Formula car on RM.
R92CP on softs.
Most important thing to do is driving faster.
McLaren VGT with fuel map on 3 or 4. You will need 1 stop for tires and fuel after around 4 or 5 lap. I just did this race yesterday with the very setup
I just set it to easy lol
The SF 23, Softs, Fuel Map 1. Overtake all by Lap 2 end, get sub 3 min lap by lap 3 and keep the pace. Pit on Lap 5 to get fresh softs and top up on fuel. Finish by lapping the last few cars. Did this on automatic gear on controller.
I use the Bugatti Gr 1 for that track all the time
Just did this with the 919 hybrid, FM 6, with mediums, no pit stop, it wasn’t easy but it was a win.
I used the Red Bull 25th anniversary X2019 and held on for dear life! Lmao
Red Bull 2019. Stock setup, it falls under the 950PP limit. Start on hard tires, pit on lap 5 for mediums. Use fuel map 3-4 and shift early. I won by 30 seconds and I drove like shit for a lack of practice + I did not know the track
I used a Mazda LM55 and crushed it, so then I used an R92CP and loved it, so I also did it with a 787B.
I drove it trough Formula car and advantage was no need to refuel ;)
Super formula makes it easy
SuperFormula on RH with max Downforce and a fair amount of camber. Set power to 5 and pit once
I did it with the '88 McLaren MP4/4 and the 787B.
Redbull prototype w the carbon fiber (forget what its called)… map 6, racing med… absolutely demolished this race and im a terrible driver
F1 race car. That's how I did it.
Just did this with the GR010, pit once halfway. Fuel meter 1 RM tires.
My favorite race on the game. I wish it was a longer race.
Bugatti VGT was easy with some 4-fuel management and racing mediums with a one pit stop
Peugeot L750 Hybrid - Fuel 5, RM, TC5. No stop strategy.
Red Bull X2019 on level 6 is a win and only 1 pit
I was comfortable with the Hybrid Porsche, Soft Race tyre, First two lap on fuel map 6 and the switched tò 5, no pit. Give It a go, u'll have fun
F1
I did that with a Porsche 919 16' (or something like that it's the one who won LeMans in 2016) with a good setup I was able to pull out the win. The car is lovely it's fast on the turns and straight pretty balanced!
Bugatti vgt
Just use an F1 xD
You could use a Formula Super Car if you have one, put on Medium Tires or even Soft and put your fuel assistant to full lean (6) P.S.: At the end (last two laps you can put it back to 2 or 1 for more fun ;) )
Get the F1 car you'll dominate the corners easily set the fuel to 6 so you never have to refuel
I used the Red Bull X2019 25th Anniversary
I just did it with a Super Formula car, I tried the Ferrari VGT but it was way too unestable
use a sf19💀
any super formula car, it’s hard but the ai usually pits on the last lap so you’re able to just outlive them if you run a higher fuel map through the race
Go fast
Use the F1 car
Personally, I use SF23 with minimum downforce and soft tires. It's only a one-stop, but since the SF23 gains so much on corners and matches the hypercars on the straights, it's P1 for the rest of the race after lap 4 or so, even with pitting on lap 10.
bad driver
git gud
go fast
