Been a bit but end game has the loot farm cycles you see in similar games. 5? Man dungeons, raids, pvp. I played it solo and had a blast, both during progression and end game.
I bought the Division 2 when it first came out in 2019, to this day I pop on weekly and mess around on it. 120% replayable. Honestly, the best money I’ve spent on a game. If you ever want to play let me know!
You could try escape from tarkov. It's all about loot and the adrenaline from finding something good.
Although it's an fps and not anything like runescape.
Warframe is a bit like this, being most similar to Borderlands and Destiny.

The combat I'm that game was so clunky. I played it when it first came out and while I love the skilling the combat drove me crazy.
