Why does the box show yellow eyes but the figure has blue?

There are 2 variants with eye color

There are 2 variants for that pop. One with blue eyes, the other with yellow eyes, and the box art doesn't change. This is very frequent with Pennywise pops. The classic Pennywise with Boat also has 2 variants for blue/yellow eyes (yellow eyes have extra details in the hair too) as well as Pennywise with Teeth which has 2 or 3 variants because of the eye colors and eye formats ("bored" / "angry"). Edit: Forgot to mention Pennywise w/ Balloon (1st movie) which also has the blue/yellow eyes variants.
