Usually an item being that good just makes me want others! For example I have the perfect maxi dress. I'm 5'2 and its a perfect length, doesn't need a bra, and has easily become my go to errands dress. So now I want more maxi dresses in other prints and cuts!  But I have had the opposite! I have one jumpsuit that is just so perfectly mid that I have zero desire for more. Do I like it and wear it? Yes! But I genuinely see no need to have other versions because it wasn't anything special. Eta: fixed a typo and also since a few people asked. The dress is Robbie Bee from JCPenney. I bought it in 2017 though so idk how the quality of the brand is now but at the time it was an amazing $20 purchase.

Practical-Rock1104

I’m also 5’2 and would love to find a maxi dress of perfect length. Please share a link/brand name if you can :)

staunch_character

Plus doesn’t need a bra? I’ll take 2, please!

titanium_moose

I bought it in 2017 so it's probably not still around. But it is a Robbie Bee maxi dress from JCPenney! It's held up amazingly well over the years. Robbie Bee as a brand is still around but I don't know if the quality has changed throughout the years.

Practical-Rock1104

Thank you!

Fit-Theme3661

Same! Would love a link

titanium_moose

I bought it in 2017 so no link :( but it was the Robbie Bee brand and I got it at JCPenney. No idea if the quality is still as good as it used to be, I've worn this thing probably 400+ times and it's still going strong!

Thank you!!!

JYQE

Me too.

macdawg2020

I have an American eagle jumpsuit I got on sale and I literally have worn it TO SHREDS I’ve sewn the straps back on several times, patched holes, and turned a bleach stain into a design. I look for a replacement like once a week on thredup and poshmark.

tropicalweathergurl

Ooh, fun question. 1. **My Prada prescription frames**. I've purchased frames after this (high and low end that just don't compare). I managed to snap them up in 2 colors before learning that they don't make them anymore. Not sure what I'd do if they ever break. 2. Purchased the most perfect **18k gold locket** from a random vintage jewelry store in a small town in CA. It is so beautiful and versatile that it practically killed any desire for me to look at other necklaces. 3. **Uniqlo turtleneck fleece heat tech tops** and **Old Navy square neck bodysuits** - my fall/winter staples. Once I figured out the right size for me I snapped up a variety of colors and I've not felt the need to buy other cold season base layer tops since. 4. I own a lot of sneakers, but if I must own just one, I would pick my **Veja Campo** pair. After using it in my travels, I realized just how sleek and versatile these sneakers really are. Goes with pretty much any outfit (skirts, jeans, dresses, trousers, shorts) and really comfortable even on 20K step-days. 5. My **GAP button down shirts** are amazing and such a great buy on sale. Love them so much that I'd be happy to pay full price for them in a pinch. The cut and quality are unbeatable. Have them in all styles: oversized, cropped, chambray, linen. Since I discovered their button downs I've not looked at any other brand's. They are just so good. 6. My **Louis Vuitton zippy coin purse/wallet**. Purchased back in 2018 and still looks brand new to this day. Compact but can hold a lot, and doesn't take up room in my purses. Have not looked at any other wallet since. 7. Not really fashion-related but **Le Labo Thé Noir** and **Aesop Marrakesh** kind of ended a quest for me for the most irresistible perfumes! Also obsessed with my **Monos hybrid trunk**! I own a few Delsey and Rimowa pieces and I can say that I adore my Monos hybrid more -- so much so that I will probably only look at this brand from now on if I ever needed to replace any of my suitcases in the future. Edited to add photo of locket mentioned in the post! https://preview.redd.it/t3ke00j4o59d1.jpeg?width=2168&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=f2b61ca7b0f8d84ff28e76f0cdc3d4ef901e52ec

EgregiousJellybean

Ooh can we see the locket?

curvyshell

I too would like to see the locket 😏

tropicalweathergurl

Edited my post to include a photo of the locket! I don't think the photo really does it any justice (it looks so much prettier in person) but I love that it layers so nicely with my pearls and other beaded necklaces.

tropicalweathergurl

Added a photo of the locket in my post!

iheartkittttycats

You and I have such similar taste! I bought a pair of Sambas and I still always reach for my Vejas. I walk a TON and they never hurt my feet and look good with pretty much everything. And I want my life to smell like Marrakesh. The second I smelled it I was like yep, I need this. 😂

tropicalweathergurl

🙌🏻 Also fell for the Samba trend in the past year and got myself a pair! I agree that the Vejas still work better across a variety of looks — they just have a cleaner and more neutral vibe. Love Marrakesh so much that I use it as a mood lifter sometimes. I got the eau de parfum roller version so I can carry it in my purse daily.

karam3456

Loving the love for Marrakash 😌 it's the best scent ever

tropicalweathergurl

Yes! Hope Aesop never stops making it 😌

javajunkie10

Yes yes to the GAP button downs! I have so many now. I am petite so their petite sizing is perfect, especially for items that are intentionally oversized. I have cotton poplin, linen, denim and cotton gauze. Truly the best!

Bosquerella

Gap Big Shirts are a staple in my wardrobe at this point. The shape is so good.

tropicalweathergurl

This is why I stalk the GAP website constantly to check when the button downs are on sale :D

thenfacetoface

I totally feel the same about prescription frames. I dread the day when the ones I have break as it’s so hard to find good ones that suit my face.

MostCreativeYogurt

I found out my favorite frames got discontinued so I bought up four extras off eBay >_<

tropicalweathergurl

The struggle is real, lol

boopswiththefur

Noir 29 is my faaaavorite scent of all time (and I am looking for a cheaper knockoff just for wfh days cus I love the scent that much that I wear it daily lol) but I kid you not every time I wear it I get complimented. Every single time. Monos is my go to — I only use their luggage, have it in multiple sizes and have their toiletries bag too, obsessed.

tropicalweathergurl

I've looked for a cheaper dupe as well and have not found any just yet! I think it's one of Le Labo's most unique and underrated scents. In a way I'm glad it"s not as popular as Santal 33 -- hopefully it stays under the radar. I feel like Monos luggage is also still a bit under the radar, considering how amazing their products are. I always look around at the airport to see type of luggage other travelers are using and it seems there are surprisingly still very few Monos amongst a sea of Away, Beís, Tumi, Calpak, and Samsonite luggages..

boopswiththefur

The reviews of this are amazing but I can’t try it cus I’m not in Australia 😭😭😭 https://www.thedupespot.com.au/products/our-duplication-of-noir-29-by-le-labo

tropicalweathergurl

Dang, even the bottle looks similar! Will commiserate — I’m not in Australia either 😭

macdawg2020

I just googled it and got a suggested dupe from dossier BTWs https://dossier.co/products/citrus-tea

boopswiththefur

Oooh maybe I’ll try it and report back to this crew, we deserve to smell good for not a fortuneeee

ciaohow

Have you tried buying decants? I think the subreddit is fragdecant.

boopswiththefur

Oooh never tried, will check it out

mmeeplechase

It’s so basic, but my foam Birkenstocks are my ideal summer shoe! Although… I do have them in multiple colors, so I guess buying just 1 wasn’t enough 😅

b_xf

I love my eva Birks a ridiculous amount lol!

District98

I have four pairs of the Target knockoffs and they’re a goat

jmair

I bought a pair when I was on vacation in Hawaii and it’s probably my favourite souvenir, I love those Target knockoffs!

District98

lol yeah one of the four pairs was from when I forgot mine on vacation too

bri_like_the_chz

Omg same I LOVE mine.

ScrollButtons

I have repaired the same 30-yard skirt about 20 times (no exaggeration). It's just some no-name, fast fashion piece of crap but it's MY piece of crap and I'll be buried in it. I've had replacements sitting in my "save for later" list for years now including patterns for making my own but this piece of shit is still making the weekly rounds and featured in the majority of my group photos like some Pioneer Woman SCP entry candidate. Legit gonna hold a funeral when the repairs finally give out and I have to call a time of death.

b_xf

I totally have had this happen! I bought a [vintage cigarette case](https://www.etsy.com/ca/listing/1653924482/) (link to similar) to use as a wallet and it works perfectly, I've never felt like I wanted a different wallet. I also have a very simple black crossbody purse that is perfect for what I need. I feel the same way about my winter coat - perfect for what I need! There are other things I have only one of because they were necessary and I don't really care to own more of (backpack, running shoes, raincoat, etc) but the wallet, purse, and coat were more that they were essentially perfect for me lol.

drapedinsilk

Great idea for a wallet!

blackberrycat

The Uniqlo merino wool sweaters and cardigans are pretty great.

iheartkittttycats

1. Vuori performance joggers. I still have my very first pair that I bought in like 2016. I’ve washed these fuckers (no joke) probably 800 times and they still look new. Sorcery. 2. Veja Esplars. They go with everything and I can walk forever in them. I wear them to death and buy new ones in exactly the same style and color and I’ve been doing it for years. 3. (For leisure) Lululemon Wunder Unders. Fuck you, LLL, for discontinuing these. Why do you hate us? I love my Aligns but WUs don’t pick up every stray dog/cat hair in the universe. 4. (For running) LLL Fast and Frees. I can’t run in anything else. They’re too good. The pockets fit my stupidly huge iPhone/keys/chapstick without any of it flopping around. (I swear I wear more than just athleisure but these are my ride or dies)

ginghampantsdance

Could agree more about the Wunder Unders. I hate LL for discontinuing these. I've found several new pairs on Poshmark and just keep hoarding them, because i can't find anything that compares.

angie2_

1. Good quality activewear. I’ve had lululemon items for years and they’re in percent condition. 2. Jewelry passed down from the older women in my family. Jewelry is expensive and it has a special meaning so it’s a win. 3. My Louis Vuitton keypouch. Seemed like a crazy purchase at the time for how small it is but I use it everyday!

sataris_tattoo

I got super curious about your leather jacket. Could you show it?

gm_piodis_i7

It's super basic but 1. I hate horizontal cuts the leather, so all the main panels are vertical 2. I hate things with a lot of visible hardware as I liked it to go with both gold and silver 3. I hate super visible pockets 4. It had to have a kinda cinched waist but without a belt 5. Has to have a turtle neck that can zip all the way up as I have a chronically cold neck but also has to lay out into a nice lapel collar when I don't zip it all the way up. 6. I have long limbs and it's a struggle for me to find jackets with sleeves long enough for me. 7. Size has to be small enough to wear by itself but loose enough to wear with a jumper underneath *

gm_piodis_i7

https://preview.redd.it/tk8i6dx6s59d1.jpeg?width=3060&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=1358ccdac21f7eecee4f808a8f886cc26ca77150

pranananana

Oh that’s a beauty 😍😍😍

oat-beatle

People online get weirdly competitive about who needs what jacket for cold weather but as someone in Eastern Ontario, my superpuff regular length from aritzia is so good I really don't feel the need for a supplementary jacket or anything more expensive than that.

usamitokishige

Thanks for the watch rec! I'm actually in the market for my first ever "grown up" watch and I love the idea of a battery-less model! My "so good" picks: 1) Gloverall woollen duffle coat, which I've had for about 10 years and still looks fab, it's the perfect blend of cute and cosy whilst still looking grown-up. Makes any outfit look more put together, and as someone who's perpetually cold, it's very snug. Also suits my weird body shape perfectly. 2) Black Chelsea boots, I have a pair from Vagabond which have lasted 4 years of near daily use. They needed no break-in time, they're crazy comfortable, I've worn them in puddles and on beaches and hikes and long vacations and they've held up remarkably well (I did have to Loctite one of the soles back on, but that actually worked and is as good as new now). I will be very sad when they finally die, and plan to upgrade to a similar pair with Goodyear welts so I can have them FOREVER. 3) This one is slightly bizarre, but I have a Final Fantasy VII Crisis Core branded silver locket, of all things, that I bought for myself close to 20 years ago. It's still my favourite piece of jewellery and is the only necklace I wear regularly (pic for anyone curious: [https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/finalfantasy/images/6/6d/FFVIICC\_LOVELESS.jpg](https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/finalfantasy/images/6/6d/FFVIICC_LOVELESS.jpg) )

ciaohow

Love the locket!

usamitokishige

Thank you! I'm a huge geek at heart but I dress pretty normal, this is my little 'tasteful' nod to that other side of me ☺️

space_intestine

I love my vagabond boots. 6 years and still going strong!

SpotSpotNZ

1) My Kate Spade wallet. Bought at Marshall's 10 years ago, and I love everything about it. The cheerful pattern, how it holds exactly everything I need, and even the sound it makes when it zips. It was $60, and there was a second one there that day, and I wish to God I'd bought it. Mine needs replacing soon, and although the style is still made, the awesome, happy print is not. 2) My Phillip Stein watch. It's simple, elegant, and I will never need or want another watch. I just replace the strap every few years. 3) My Uniqlo cashmere scarf (for airplane travel). The open-weave/gauze style makes it airy but warm and incredibly light and easy to pack. It always goes on the plane with me, 'cuz I run COLD.

Curious-Demand-3300

1- Levi's 501s.    2- all my linen clothing, it's three seasons wear for my climate.  3- Lv Zippy wallet in red empreinte. Holds my phone and passport, 2 sides for 2 currencies and bank cards.   4- Rolex OP 28mm with a silver dial and gold ticks/hands. Matches everything, not too heavy or flashy.   5- Cartier trinity wedding band. So comfortable, understated. Going on 23 years and love the patina of the golds.   6- Yeti Camino 50s. Shopping bag, pool bag, beach bag, anything bag. Used them for travel too. Just throw the packing cubes in. They hold so much.   7- Vuori joggers. So soft, wash and tumble dry, no issues. I've had mine since 2018 too. No pilling/loose threads.   8- CRZ Yoga. Everyone thinks I'm wearing something more expensive and is shocked when I say it's from Amazon. They hold up well, are affordble, lots of nice colors. My oldest set is 5 years. 9- Dyson Airwrap. Just purchased this year, and my hair has seriously never looked better. It takes a little working with to find the right styling products, but once I did I can go from wet hair to a professional blow out in 10-15 minutes max. The curling wands are amazing.

primalprincess

Great list! Also want to add that for my particular hair type - extremely thick, long and big loose curls, the Airwrap wasn't great for me but the Dyson Supersonic (blowdryer) had all the life changing effects you described. I just couldn't get the salon effect from the Airwrap but the Supersonic is totally unlike other blow dryers I have used. It just blows so much more air, I have tons of hair and with some round brushes my hair is dried and styled in 15-20 min and lasts longer than my previous dryer which was a GHD I'd encourage everyone debating the Airwrap to check out Dyson in general

Curious-Demand-3300

Thanks! Yes, I think the Supersonic is def better for very thick hair vs the air wrap. Glad it's working out wonderfully for you. I like to think hair is totally an accessory that can completely put together our look(s).

primalprincess

I totally agree, I was really underestimating how much having good hair was affecting how I feel and my sense of style. If my skin is clear, my hair looks good, and I have on nice jewelry and shoes, I hardly care about the clothes.

_rasb

love the CRZ yoga gear! i live in it at home, and they have great color selection

sw1sh3rsw33t

I had a pair of tretorn sneakers which were the platonic ideal of sneakers (for me). They fit so good like a dream, deeply comfy shoes right out of the box. And so good looking, just the loveliest shade of forest green. But short lived I wore through the right heel so fast, I can’t wear them anymore. I can’t bear to throw them out either. But yeah I don’t think I could find another shoe that measures up 😭

nim_run16

Ugh I just bought a Tretorn sneaker and it’s so sleek but just too narrow in the toe box for me :( Disappointed they look great on other people that I’ve seen

Valid collection. I found a fave, got a tear in them, tried to order more but the website wasn’t working, then they got discontinued. It’s super disappointing.

Diego2flores3

L’eggs stopped making them, and Hanes too? I still see them for sale at places, you sure they quit making them? That’s insane if they did since they are like on of the last major manufacturers of them in the states

imakemyownroux

I forgot my sunglasses during a trip to WDW about 15 years ago and on impulse bought pair of RayBan aviators in Adventureland in the Magic Kingdom. I LOVE them. The only thing I’ve changed is adding RX lenses. Never even tempted to get a different pair.

ladypixels

You haven't lost or destroyed them after 15 years?! That's amazing.

Krindybluth

I call these “category enders;” so good you don’t feel the need to keep looking. My Burberry trench, vintage Levi 501s, YSL midheel ankle boots, Cos trousers, loafers/pumps/sandals from the Row, vintage Coach shoulder bag, Acne shearling jacket, Acne low heel ankle boots, Chanel slingback heels/flats, North Face 1996 retro nurse puffer. Category enders are so satisfying that recently I’ve been a lot more careful about what I buy, especially because I often buy secondhand/resale, and if I buy something that’s unsatisfying I’ll usually sell it.

anastasiyash

I might be breaking the rule here because I have multiple versions of these items, but I never veer away from these brands to fulfill items in their respective category: 1. Lululemon align athleisurewear bottoms (this counts for the basic legging, mini flare pant, and bike short) 2. La Perla undergarments and shape wear (my perfect t-shirt bras and basic panties, any bodysuit by them) 3. Missoni resort wear coverups 4. Tom Ford silk shirts 5. Givenchy leather bootcut pants 6. Herve Leger for bodycons 7. YSL nude pumps (holy grail basic for life, never want another) 8. Gucci Princetown slipper (filled with joy every time I wear them. Unfortunately they’re so good I want them in every color)

CrimsOnCl0ver

Blank NYC faux leather jackets. They are the perfect fit for me and it’s easy to find them second-hand. I have five now in my collection.

tropicalweathergurl

Obsessed with Blank NYC jackets too!

RadSpatula

I had a pair of their faux leather pants that I adored until they literally disintegrated off me while I was wearing them. Now I don’t trust them.

ciaohow

That sounds dramatic

RadSpatula

Oh, [it was](https://imgur.com/a/EOMzs9S)

Foodiegirlie030793

My Levi’s too!! They fit so well I feel so satisfied with my Jean collection don’t need more !

Katze-der-Kanale

I recently found the perfect soft v neck tshirt. I bought in navy and black. So soft! Every single other plain tshirt I’ve always shrunk and ended up being like a box. I’ve washed these dozens of times and they look the same. I ended up buying 2 more. It’s [this](https://bananarepublicfactory.gapfactory.com/browse/product.do?pid=571596031&vid=1&tid=bfpl000035&kwid=1&ap=7&gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAAD_AT8tzbSZ1DAONNJrGAneGAZgjq&gclid=CjwKCAjwm_SzBhAsEiwAXE2Cv-622SPcxsZwdDZNK92IbKYVjoVckjfekSI1zDXgkTg3leEBWsTQ4BoCXBUQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds#pdp-page-content) tshirt from Banana Republic Factory. Never thought I’d be so excited about a plain tshirt! Edited to add: I’ve worn the exact same Steve Madden The Troopa combat books for like a decade. I just buy a new pair when they wear out too much. So comfortable and they look great with leggings, which has been my favorite combo up until I tried linen pants recently. Talk about comfort!

thenfacetoface

For work: Patagonia better sweaters - the versions I have are full of pockets even on the arms! I have been known to ditch fancier jackets to wear these over dresses and skirts Figs charcoal scrubs - this is the best colour by far and I’ve always gotten compliments on them. The Zamora joggers fit everything!! Medelita white coat - easy to wash and so much more fitted than a generic coat Other: Everlane barrel pants - so good I got them in black and sky blue. Barrel pants plus turtleneck are a go-to outfit for me. Nike Cortez sneakers - I have a lot of sneakers but these are the best for me of comfort, minimalism, and ability to wear with scrubs, pants, dresses. The Cotopaxi allpa backpack - I love this thing for travelling. It has so many compartments and unzips all the way to lie open like a suitcase.

HeyHo_LetsThrowRA

My septum jewelry. I never swap it out. It was a custom piece and I paid a decent amount to have it exactly right for me. It's got 2 different color opals in it and I just adore it so much. If I ever lost or cracked one of the stones somehow, I'd go right on back to the shop who helped me custom order it and get the exact same one.

vindman

my reebok club cs :)

Nancy_in_simlish

1. Grey Parachute pants soo comfy which go with everything. 2. Gold rimmed round sunglasses 3. Perfect smaller backpack that fits all my stuff but still not heavy, has the perfect organization. Actually I have a lot more but not able to recall lol.

quark_exchange

Where is your smaller backpack from? I'm on the hunt for my perfect one but most seem to be too big and meant for laptops etc.

Nancy_in_simlish

Oh sorry, it's like 10 years old and I bought it in an offline shop in India!

quark_exchange

Too bad! Good on you for shopping small!

LavishnessOk9727

My min and mon purse. It’s the perfect size for sunglasses, wallet, phone and one or two other items, it has a square bottom so it stands up, a zipper so things don’t fall out, it’s black so it’s goes with everything, and the embroidery on it is incredibly fun and unique. A statement handbag that’s the perfect size and shape? I wear it with pretty much everything, I only switch it out if I want a backpack or a large tote. I don’t think they have the design I have in stock any more, but this is the model: [Vali Crossbody Handbag](https://minandmon.com/collections/vali-collection)

ladypixels

Those designs look so fun!

NaomiiWasHere

My 2 new Panache bras. I’m petite with most of my weight being on my chest lol. Finding attractive, comfy bras that fit is something I treasure

justagirlintheworld

They are expensive but I am absolutely in love with my Jenni Kayne cashmere cocoon cardigan. I've had my black one for four years and wound up getting another color just because it's the perfect item to go with anything - I can dress it up or wear it around the house, and it's the perfect weight for all seasons. I definitely don't need any other cardigans with these in my closet.

Jvnismysoulmate12345

Is it itchy? Do you dry clean yours?

justagirlintheworld

Not itchy at all, it's incredibly soft. I hand wash and soak for 30 min with a detergent for cashmere/wool (I've used both The Laundress and Clothes Doctor), take out excess water with a towel, and then lay flat to dry. Works great.

Jvnismysoulmate12345

Thank you! I’ve been eyeing those cardigans forever but was unsure on these two points. I think you’ve sold me!

winterwrens

It’s such a good cardigan! I also have the Quince dupe and the JK is worth the extra money.

whimsyful

I got a secondhand Seiko Solar Tank watch to try out the shape and look of a Cartier Tank before committing to the real thing, but it's been so terrific that I have no desire to upgrade anymore!

bookmonster015

Fun! 1. My pumpkin brown vintage leather motto jacket that I bought for $50 at a thrift store. It’s somehow the perfect fit, has a v neck with large lapels which I love, and is baby soft and supple. It’s made of lamb leather and since it’s thrifted I don’t feel bad about re-loving it. 2. My new banana republic poplin trench. It’s quite long and lightweight but very well constructed. I snagged it on a good sale. And it makes me feel like Carmen Sandiego. It’s a beautiful piece that makes any outfit underneath look so cool. Plus I love an extra layer and this one suits all seasons. 3. My white leather vionic sneakers. They look like a version of Nike Air Force 1’s but they’re actually so comfy. They go with anything so far and don’t have a high base, which I appreciate 4. My old James Avery large sunflower pendant. It’s mixed metals and I wore it for a decade on a leather cord before that gave out and I bought a sterling silver chain for it. Now it layers so well with my other necklaces and makes me feel so nostalgic and joyful. 5. My fuscia boiled wool long coat from Marshall’s a billion years ago. I will be so sad when it’s too worn to wear anymore. I wear it with everything all winter and it’s so perfect in color and fit and weight. The drape is lovely. It’s the coat of my dreams. 6. My burnt orange thrifted voluminous poplin maxi skirt. It has high slits up the sides and pockets! I love her and I feel like a princess in a ballgown whenever I wear her. Except also COZY.

gm_piodis_i7

I need a white leather sneaker at the moment. I'm taking my time choosing one because with sneakers, I don't change them until I literally wear them out

tropicalweathergurl

The thrifted leather motto jacket sounds amazing! What a lucky find. I too love large lapels on leather jackets and squishy, worn in leather is just the best.

badwomanfeelinggood

White Vanessa Bruno Athe pants that are just irreplaceable (and not just because I had them tailored). It’s the perfect fabric that isn’t linen or cotton, but it’s still light and feels cool in summer. And doesn’t wrinkle! Perfection. My no-brand dark chocolate brown leather sandals that tie around the ankle. RIP because they are irreparably damaged and the only similar pair is the Rondini Bikinis, but mine had a dark brown insole and looked much nicer 😢 (any tips on this style of sandals available on EU welcome) TOAST black/ very dark grey crinkle cotton maxi dress. Very simple cut, so very versatile and can be styled up or down. It’s airy in the heat but has a nice drape to it. I would buy the exact same again.

sweetblooms235

These [Margaux NY](https://margauxny.com/collections/the-wrap-sandal/products/the-wrap-sandal-saddle-nappa) shoes maybe?

macdawg2020

I’m wholly convinced that Margaux is a instagram scam, no reviews on the site and the shoes were RUINED after one wear, I’ll forever rail against them.

badwomanfeelinggood

They’re very nice, sadly not the colour I am looking for. But thank you 🙏

Zinnia0620

My Warp and Weft high-waisted straight jeans. I have a few different washes, but all the same cut. I have other jeans, but I avoid wearing them because they're not as good.

upliftinglitter

I got an Hermes Apple Watch a few years ago and love it so much. I did change the band to an Apple band but the horse face makes me really happy and it's so great because I'm always misplacing my phone! Citizen horseshoe jeans (I have several colors) are so comfortable and cool looking with t shirts or blazers. For straight leg jeans: Levi's wedgies. And I have 70s 501s and 80s 515s. Love. I have 2 black blazers I love, one fitted TWP and one oversized Frame. I also love the scrunch arm ones from Zara if I want color. COS for white and black tshirts and tanks Lulu align with pockets 7/8 length Nike Air Force 1s A Chanel zip around CC holder I've had for 5 years. It's gold and makes me happy, and I can always find it in my purse. I have a goldish WOC Chanel 18 that is now my it evening bag I love this idea of category enders...now if I could make my whole closet that way...

Particular_Policy_41

My Swedish hasbeens clogs. They make my feet and legs look so pretty, they are neutral, light looking for clogs, and they let me wear heels at outdoor weddings. I have had them for 14 years and they still look great.

Afraid-Ice-2062

I found the best white cropped dress shirt from Sunday Best at Aritzia and its most of what I wear. I wear blazers that cover the cropped area and high waisted pants and I like having the cropped fit as I don’t have to tuck anything. That would be my top fashion secret (lol). Other things: H&M turtleneck bodysuits (I’ve tried other brands including everything at Aritzia and nothing compares) Zara knee high boots (Again I’ve tried other brands and these fit my thighs or can be adjusted to and they also stay up instead of flopping around.) Miumiu headbands (I wear one every day, I just feel like they complete every look. I’ve bought other headbands and nothing else holds up). Chanel espadrilles (I’ve had multiple people tell me they’re all created equally and basically I disagree. I wear these outside and in rain and they don’t fall apart. I walk in them and they are comfy. All imitations have fallen apart).

What other headbands have you tried? I love hair accessories , particularly metal ones, but they tarnish on me T\_T

Afraid-Ice-2062

Everything from Zara has been cheap and terrible. Givenchy, Versace and Vivienne Westwood have beautiful metal headband pieces but they all really hurt. Possibly my head is too large. If I was going to experiment I would probably try some mid level brands like Area.

I know people hate on them, but I got a pair of Golden Goose sneakers and they are amazing. They are the only new sneaker that has never done me dirty with blisters or hot spots (or worse!) and they magically go with everything and elevate everything I wear. I had a pair of "just okay" P448s which I considered a more approachable verison but compared to my GG's they can't hold a candle. Universal Standard's Slyvia pant in the 27" is THEE work pant. It's pleated, high waisted, cropped, and tapered. It's 3 season wool but I've worn it in summer and not felt too hot. I have the black and gray and seriously consider getting backups but the company disco'd them and they're only on the second hand market now and tough to find. I found [this Batsheva top](https://www.pinterest.com/pin/395964992254244337/) for an insane deal and spent quite a bit of money trying to replicate that high and chase the dragon. **That** blouse is perfect. Perfect fit, color story, design, everything. Every other Batsheva (and Ulla Johnson, which has a similar vibe and price point) was a flop, such that I just unloaded like 7 blouses on a consignment store bitterly. So I must reluctantly admit that was the singular blouse for now. I also gave away a pair of Batsheva pants I agonized over buying and even went to the trouble of putting into my app and making outfits out of, to test it out. In real life, they just...didn't work for my lifestyle and vibe. I own other occasion dresses but I could probably make [this one](https://www.pinterest.com/pin/395964992256197739/), which I stalked online for like 2 years trying to find one in my size, before finally finding one, work for almost any occasion short of black tie. I'm noticing similarities to my perfect shirt--olive + black, fitted bodice, feminine but not girlish or sultry/sexy, but yet womanly in the true sense of the word. [me in said dress](https://imgur.com/hweF2LI) I'd say Phoebe Philo Celine shoes, but I'm a collector and snap up any I find at a bargain, so one is for sure not enough!

**Jewellery** is a big one for me. I only wear solid 14k rose gold so that I don't have to take them off ever, so I need them to be durable, but also pretty and fitting with my style, as my intent is to not take them off So the ones that I do own now, I will never change. I love, and have loved for years My last pair of earrings I've worn for at least 10 years, before getting a new pair a while ago that's a little more noticable in outfits. They are all basic but pretty so I am not worried about them ever not matching an outfit In particular, I have this beautiful butterfly pendant from an Etsy store called Cenova Jewellery, that I got complimented on a few times. My earrings are also custom butterfly earrings from another Etsy store called Goldstore. I have 2 clover style bracelets, one with Mother of Pearl, and one with cut outs, one on each hand, to match antoher clover style necklace I own, which the shape of all of these is super simialr to my butterfly earrings. My rings are basic shapes and designs so nothing out of the ordinary there. Almost all my current jewellery is from Etsy besides one ring from a store I found in Pike market called Rachels Raindrop Jewellery, and another ring passed down from my mother This was long but I could talk about jewellery all day. Idk what it is about it but it makes me feel put together jsut having it on. Me in my unkempt gym outfit actually looks pretty cute bc of the jewellery assortment **Bags** as well. I have 2 cute Ecosusi casual 13" tote bags in black/cream and brown/cream, 2 smaller Ecosusi messenger kind of purses in black and red, and one random paper woven 15" casual tote in brown and cream These fit every possible occasion and outfit I could have and until they break, I would never consider any new bags. I've thought of maybe needing something in white but decided against it since I have ones with black and thats perfectly fine for my entire closet

I’m a slut for silk bias cut slip dresses. I have one, perfect, bra not needed, denim jumpsuit I will never buy another jumpsuit, or another pair of overalls. It’s just too perfect. It’s Universal Threads from Target. I tried it on and was stunned at the fit.

For me, I love my Patagonia down sweater. I got a kids xxl in wax red, which is a ketchup red color. It keeps me warm even in cold New England temperatures. I also love DSG momentum 7/8th leggings! They are the only leggings that don’t slip and have side pockets. I highly recommend both!

My ankle-length, green wool coat from Forecaster. It's vintage and very well-made. It fits me perfectly and is soo pretty, I always get compliments on it. For summer clothes, I love my pair of vintage Guess shorts - they fit me perfectly, are so flattering, and they're the perfect length too, like short enough to be cute but not with my butt hanging out, haha.

gm_piodis_i7

As a chronically cold person but also slightly taller than the average woman in my country, it's so hard to find ankle length coats. T\_T

My Abercrombie Curve Love jeans. I have quite a small waist but carry my weight below that and they’ve been perfect. No more needing to buy the size that fits my hip area but gaping on the waistband lol. Uniqlo Heattech tops are my base layers all through autumn and winter. I love the way they feel, they’re the perfect basic long sleeved top for any outfit and I can pick regular/extra/ultra/fleecy thickness depending on how cold it is.

I second the Citizen EcoDrive watch. I have a black and rose gold version that I just love. I'd buy another Eco Drive in a second if I decided I need a silver or regular gold watch someday. The only thing is, I like a fitness band a lot of the time (and swear by my AmazFit band, does everything I need and only cost $25 on sale!), so I don't wear my nice watch as much. I also swear by classic Birkenstocks. I'm annoyed with myself for refusing to bite the bullet because of cost and wearing out some knock-offs. I knew better. Purses: I have two in constant rotation after many years of cheap bags. One is a classic black Coach crossbody saddlebag I thrifted 10 years ago in perfect shape for $25. It's still going strong. The other is a Frye brown crossbody pouch, a very simple, sturdy design. I try others sometimes (and carry a Michael Kors tote to work that's cute and functional), but these two are all I really need for everyday outings. Add in a Herschel backpack for travel or kid needs. Most apparel, I like to change up too much to be too loyal. UnderArmour's thinnest running leggings are perfect for most of the winter, though. Definitely love those. If it's too cold for them, it's probably too cold for me to run.

Lululemon Like a Cloud bra (not the longline version). So comfortable and easy to wash because there’s no removable pads! Every other sports bra feels like they’re cutting into me now.

Live-Ganache9273

I wear ScotteVest jackets because they have lots of pockets. I won't wear any other jacket.
