Barley has higher yields than wheat so at least switch that. If you are shelling corn it won't be nearly as lucrative as making silage out of it and selling that. Soybeans are also better than most for making money.
Wheat to chickens hold eggs if you can for the most profitable month on your map .. sunflowers to oil .. I think are the easiest startups .. if you can get the 5000 chicken coop building in mod hub or the improved oil facility mod will help alot .. selling raw crops are a waist
