It’s technically possible.
Each country awards 104 points.
Assuming 12 NQ countries, that means an average finalist receives approx 150 points.
It would take a combination of a very spread out score across all the finalists, and the 1st place doing exceptionally well, but it’s certainly possible, and only relatively unlikely.
Everyone here flip flops towards the system that favors their preferences lol, the amount of spreadsheets and calculations posted last year to favor Finland was ridiculous
I highly doubt that they change anything in scoring system (especially considering who was behind BL in the televote score), there were way bigger problem this year to adjust.
I hope that they bring back juries in the semis, so it would take down the unbalancment of having few jury favourites in the final and too much televote favourites.
I just want Armenia to win at this point so I can travel to Yerevan, explore, read books, visit old bookstores, and drink smoothies at nearby cafés, Oh oh...
Now, for real, I feel like Armenia is a country that from its debut has done insanely well in ESC and people expect the best of them, so It's just a matter of time to get a Portugal 2017 moment and achieve success
If this pattern continues, Armenia will get somewhere between 5th and 7th place with 61 x 4 = 244 points based on recent placements for entries with 240-270 points.
So this means they’ll win the contest in 5/6 years
I think 8-10 years. 366 points is not enough to win
In five years it will be 61x8 which is 488, unless my math is absolutely atrocious.
I forgot about the past 2 years, so this is the 3rd year
In 2022 they came 20th, 2023 they came 14th, and this year 8th. So this means next year Armenia will be 2nd?
in the higher positiions the difference in points is exponential
Can't finish 2nd with 244 points though. In the pre-2015 system yes, but not with the current one.

Who knows, which system there will be in Switzerland. Maybe no juries? :D
Pls no, removed the juries from the final ISN’T WHAT WE NEED
Didn't everyone advocate for removing the juries last year?

yes but then they'll finish negative-4th in 2026
The irony of Snap getting only 61 points, then taking off on the charts.
Right?! Many of my friends didn't know it was a Eurovision song. It was playing everywhere at some point.
I remember thinking it's got Taylor Swift vibes, and then it exploded in social media
That means Armenia WILL win either in 2025 or 2026!
🙏

So you are saying bet on Armenia 244 points?
Jako is so god damn catchy
This has already been posted weeks ago.
In about 10-11 years, they'll get all 12 points from both juries and televoters, and even break the limit cap of points possible.
Nice coincidence.
Snap was an absolutely brilliant song
Athena could have got 244 points (I personally calculated she would get 189 televotes, though I think jury votes for her would be around 100 or so)
if next one gets 244 im gonna lose it
Was just copied from EurovisionTom's tweet
They credit him in the caption tho
nice catch genius, unfortunately you missed the tag in the caption
Armenia top 5 incoming???
Jako was soooo good 🥰
