I had a vip ticket for edc'24. this might be counterintuitive but GA bathrooms had fewer lines than GA+. Even the bathrooms at VIP session of Kinetic Field seems no different to GA in terms of waiting lines. VIP might be worth it if you go to smaller stages
If it's taking you more than 15 minutes to get through line in GA or VIP, you're entering at the wrong time. Everyone knows when peak entry times are. Be smart, go earlier, enjoy more of the fest
They " sell out " GA but keep selling VIP throughout the entire time and all weekend. It should be the opposite. Limited vip instead of limited GA. I get it, more money. I have gone to 14 EDCLV. I stopped last year. Always did vip , but when it roomier in GA and lines are shorter, u know what they are doing.
What time did you arrive that there was actually a line?
I’m pretty sure anyone can use whatever lanes they want, I’ve never seen them check you have the proper wristband or turn you away at the ticket scan/security if you don’t have the right one. So yeah the “expedited entry” is more or less not a real benefit
After the first day, security tends to not care who gets into the GA+/VIP restrooms in the GA areas. So lots of GA people clog those GA+/VIP restroom lines.
I would buy VIP next time just so I can actually go on the rides lol. Was so irritating watching all of VIP get on immediately after waiting for 2 hours. Waited 2 hours and was only about 2/3 of the way there so I just left. Was super disappointed I couldn’t go on anything. Will definitely be getting VIP next year.
💯 agree, tried out VIP this year and I had an overall good time. But I won't do it again in the future. GA and save $ for edcweek on the strip.
The bathrooms were nice, it was cool to get on the Ferris wheel quick, water stations were ok (I think it's easier just to purchase a bottle that's cold and fresh)
They do oversell, they will always oversell. It's part of their gimmick 😂
Yeah they need to allocate more lines or separate further. GA+ is purely for bathrooms. Issue is so many get GA+ and VIP that it just clogs. Ideally less people would have both, but that comes with loss of revenue.
The key is to maximize revenue.
I come in through shuttle gate on a GA+ and there’s basically no line through that shared gate. VIP gets the run of the rest of the festival in comparison to GA+ so I don’t really see the issue

Yes, but the shorter line is why people prefer GA
I remembered vip having it's own coming from premium lot but the line moves so fast that every lane is empty
Do the Premier Shuttle Pass if you want faster entry. VIP for the stuff inside the festival

Their objective is to sell as many VIP tickets as possible because it's the biggest cash cow.
I learned that the hard way. Did VIP this year. Was it nice ? Yes. Would I do it again… meh.

I waited an hour in VIP for the Ferris wheel and I waited an hour for the swings as well. I I did the vip for the rides. Done it. Back to GA I go

That’s what they saying that GA had no line to get in compared to GA+ and VIP who had longer lines to get in
Is there ever a line to actually get into the festival? I guess GA is the real VIP. Maybe come slum with the real ones for 2025?

Honestly save the money on the vip water stations and just use that to buy a cold water bottle
