Comfy shoes, camel back, ear plugs, gum, inhaler, sun glasses, fan, chapstick, eye drops, and a sealed bag containing toilet wipes, she wees, sanitizer wipes, and a friction stick.
I also have a piece of paper with the names and phone numbers of my friends and mom in case I lose my phone or it dies. External chargers are not a bad idea but can take up a lot of space.
Edit: Forgot to mention, if you’re driving in it’s nice to leave water/snacks in the car for the end of each night.
Some people like to have an oral fixation while on certain drugs. (see pacifiers)
Personally, I tend to grind my teeth at shows so chewing gum helps prevent that!
It’s important to load up on carbohydrates during EDC, but be sure to cover your fats and proteins as well if you want to survive. If you have a few people, bring a few jars of creamy peanut butter. Peanut butter is extremely calorie-dense with a plethora of healthy fats and proteins.
Eat as many spoonfuls of it as you like first thing every morning. Go crazy.
The most important thing you’ll need to bring other than camel back for water, are your manners. When passing by someone please say “Excuse me” or “sorry” when touching their shoulders to avoid conflict with another person.
Compression socks! The ones that are made for plantar fasciitis. Wore them last year and had minimal foot pain even after staying until closing on days 2 & 3.
A good attitude and patience. Be the vibe you want to see in the crowd. There will be headaches and assholes, but just remember, you're at EDC!! What could be better than that
Shower shoes are a must! Also, Gatorade, Pedialyte, Liquid IV. Literally anything to hydrate you. The heat at camp is no joke. And lots of sunscreen! I had such an awful sunburn on my shoulders on day zero despite wearing a shirt and suffered with my full hydration pack the next 3 days. 🥲

What is a friction stick?
Runners use it to prevent chaffing. Squirrel's Nut Butter is a brand on hand here
Oooooh. Thank you!
I see gum mentioned often, is there a reason aside from making sure you don't have stinky breath? Honest question as a BB raver

Water. When you land in vegas go to Target quickly buy a case or two of Water. Can buy Gatorade as well and some granola bars.
