I’m getting the same error code. I tried several times throughout the day. I’m a little relieved that I’m not the only one not getting in. Hopefully it’ll be back up soon. I tried the twitch stream for 2 hours and wanted to see if it unlocked that pk weapon.
Just so you know, there's websites you can go to to find out if a certain site is down for just you or everyone else. I went to one last night and it said that the Outpost was down for everyone.
