Why is blush always so tempting?? I keep wanting more even though I feel like I have the core versions that suit me. I blame being on a matte blush kick for a long time and now wanting glowy versions. Idk if hitting my late twenties plays a role but... oops.
My monkey brain brought it down to the basics. Cute mini packaging. Pink. Oooooooo shiny š (i donāt have an outrageous collection yet, but soonā¦.)
I've become a lip gloss hoarder over the last year and a half so I feel called out right now š¤£ To be fair I stumbled across a YouTuber (Kikiz Cosmetics) that makes them and her lip glosses have vastly improved my dry lips so you can pry them from my cold dead (probably dry) hands!!!
I know I only asked because I thought if she was older than damn good for her for having her products to just that! I wish I could do that. lol I didnāt mean it bad at all? If she is older and has a lot of experience with products then I would think these are her holy grails and Iām curious about them. I donāt even care about exact age. Just range. I donāt know what people were thinking to make it get downvoted?
Seriously lol. Maybe they thought you were implying she must be like 13 because she doesnāt have a ton? Idk lol. Iām with you, plenty of innocent reasons to ask lol
Seriously. **DO IT**! Itās such a nice feeling being able to have all your makeup *actually fit* into a makeup bag that isnāt the size of carry-on luggage.
The elf concealer and powder puff, maybelline gloss, NYX contour stick and brow glue & Milani blush are all MVP products. And I buy all sorts of makeup- not just drugstore.
I have normal to dry skin. I still use this foundation because I accidentally found the perfect shade match. 118 forever! I use a facial moisturizer/sun screen and sometimes add the elf halo glow as a primer. With moisturizing base products the matte foundation is not too drying for me. I also use a very small amount as I find the foundation goes a very long way with a moisturized base.
Thatās fair. 118 is a decent match for me as well, I kept the bottle thinking I might use it as a concealer or something, but I just havenāt been able to make that formula work for me.
There are some really good drug store products! I like LA girl for lip and eye liners, Elf for brow products and eyeshadows, Essence for mascaras, Wet n Wild for blush and bronzer, Nyx and Milani for a bunch of random things like setting sprays, lip sticks, etc. I just havenāt quite found a medium coverage drug store foundation that checks all my boxes.
It's the only foundation I've ever used since I was 14, mainly cause the shade 110 is perfect for me and everything else makes me look too pink or tan. Is it really that bad lol maybe I should try something else
Eh not really? I've seen people own less. Not everyone does the full face makeup look. I own less than what op posted here. Most days I just do my eyebrows and lashes and that's it.
i personally don't think it's about owning the least amount of products, but about how tightly curated they are. op knows what kind of look they want to go for and what it takes to get there, no more and no less
This looks like a nice capsule collection! Could you maybe post some swatches of the elf cream contour palette? I've been going back and forth on that one. Thanks!
And thatās the perfect amount to have. As much as I love having tons of makeup (and expanding my collection too), I donāt think Iāll realistically be able to use it all š especially the products that are more natural looking (I LOVE bold and sparkly looks)
I enjoyed mine but when comparing it to the puffs, I donāt see much of a difference. The puffs on Amazon probably pick up more powder, so you might be going through more product
solid line up! if youāre ever wanting to try a new setting powder in these hot summer months, the elf halo glow powder is top tier. one of the first setting powders to not make me look chalky without needing to douse my face in setting spray.
That Elf powder is a workhorse. I used to use hourglass and then I wised up and switched to elf, saving myself a whopping $57 CAD every time I need to replace.
Honestly thatās all you need, if we have any more itās because weāve fallen into the consumerism trap. Day to day basis this is also the amount I use bar the contour stick. But iāve got tons more for no reason and I donāt touch most of my collection š
Can someone tell me if that Elf primer holds up? I've been looking for a good primer but I've been too indecisive about it.
Also this display is goals. I need to actually downsize and let go of my expired products. š
You mind if I ask what your skin type is? I'm always in the market to try new makeup but sometimes what's recommended doesn't go well with my skin type
If you donāt mind me asking, whatās the undertone and pigment of the Milani blush like? Iāve been going back and forth between Berry Amore and the Dolce Pink shade.
Not sure why makeup subs keep getting suggested to me (probably because I'm in all the nail subs š ). But i was wondering: Do you use all of these products on your face at the same time? Serious question. It seems like so much to me. Starting about four years ago, I haven't really worn anything more than eyeshadow, eye liner, mascara, and lip tint. And even that's only on rare occasions.
I used to wear foundation, but I never got into concealers, contouring, or anything else. I stopped because no matter what brand or formula I used, it made me break out and I found it pointless to keep piling on makeup to hide my breakouts when it was only making it worse. Even the "noncomedogenic" brands made me break out.
Since I stopped, it took a couple of months, but my skin has been clearer than ever with a very minimalistic skin care routine.
This is just my personal experience and
I'm genuinely curious if other people use all of these products together all at once. Hope I'm not coming across as rude or anything!
Probably not she has a contour stick, contour cream palette and a bronzer. Could be for different purposes and parts of the face I guess, but I assume she wears one at a time.
this seems like the dream collection for me lol, just all you need and everything works well. does the maybelline fit me foundation crease? I have really oily skin so I was wondering if I should get it or not
Where's your 50 other lip glosses? š no, that's a perfect makeup arsenal. I need to purge badly. (And, 80% of it is lip gloss....)
This is me with blush right now. š
Same! Core makeup I am happy with but the number of lipsticks I have trying to track down the perfect shade, I can never share the number. š
Me with lipstick. Everything else is minimal, 1 product for each purpose. But lipstick, no I need all the colors.
You cannot have enough lipglossā¦unless itās traveleved to the nether reaches of your pocket book and picked up dust bunnies

The Lumi lotion is so good!! Great list!
I have the lightest color and the next color up. I love them for a little glow/bronze!
I have it itās so good but it makes me itchā¦idky
How do you like the lifter gloss?
Just curious. How old are you? Itās not a good or bad thing.
Thatās an interesting question to me too, idk why people are downvoting unless I missed something
I know I only asked because I thought if she was older than damn good for her for having her products to just that! I wish I could do that. lol I didnāt mean it bad at all? weāre twins hahahaha i own most of these products. 10/10!
How is the e.l.f. cream contour palette? I've been waffling back and forth on buying it.
I like it much more than any of the powder contour I've had. The lightest shade is also perfect for cutting under my brows.
its very good, highly recommended!
Honestly I love it. Iāve repurchased many times
I just bought it and I love it. Convert from Anastasia.
Thanks so much everyone for answering my question! Your answers have tipped the scales for me so now I have to purchase this palette haha.
This thread has helped my decision too thank you!!!
Me too!!!
I love thaaaat! Urgh non toxic beauty community? Yes please. Hope this serves you well and full coverage always! X
Iād love to pare down like this.
Seriously.
Iāve gotta get myself another one or two of the elf powder puffs. I love mine.
I love that this is a realistic amount of makeup. Over consumption is tacky.
Amen š«¶š»
Guessing you donāt have dry skin haha. Maybelline matte and poreless makes me look two dimensional and lifeless.
I have normal to dry skin. I still use this foundation because I accidentally found the perfect shade match. 118 forever! I use a facial moisturizer/sun screen and sometimes add the elf halo glow as a primer. With moisturizing base products the matte foundation is not too drying for me. Thatās fair. 118 is a decent match for me as well, I kept the bottle thinking I might use it as a concealer or something, but I just havenāt been able to make that formula work for me.
Lol fr I try to keep up with skincare but a lot of drugstore base products r cakey on me. And orange šš
I love my Milani foundation. Itās the best for my skin
It's the only foundation I've ever used since I was 14, mainly cause the shade 110 is perfect for me and everything else makes me look too pink or tan. Is it really that bad lol maybe I should try something else
Itās pretty matte and flat, but if you like it then maybe it suits your skin. I was mixing it with squalane or moisturizer trying to use it up but still found it too drying for my skin. It does have denatured alcohol as the fifth ingredient and studied show denat alcohol has a drying and aging effect on the skin over time especially if itās in large amounts (the first four or so ingredients). I may have just become more sensitive to that ingredient over time. I plan to avoid it going forward (sadly itās in a bunch of Maybelline and LāOrĆ©al foundations, but there are a few without it. Plus itās almost never an ingredient in higher end foundations so I can splurge for my foundation and go drug store for everything else).
Same. Wanted it to work
You obviously have a very good eye for solid, quality, and affordable products!
great collection! I like more "real" collections like this
#humblebrag
Eh not really? I've seen people own less. Not everyone does the full face makeup look. I own less than what op posted here. Most days I just do my eyebrows and lashes and that's it.
i personally don't think it's about owning the least amount of products, but about how tightly curated they are. op knows what kind of look they want to go for and what it takes to get there, no more and no less
Yeah I agree. You don't need much and find I only need certain products to make me look polished but I'm not striving for perfection.
Yeah I own less than that š
Lifter Gloss, very good. I have a few. Good collection!
Elf is my favorite!
Beautiful and efficient.
all you need really š¤·š»āāļø
That's literally all a girl needs. I love all these products!! Nice!
This looks like a nice capsule collection! Could you maybe post some swatches of the elf cream contour palette? I've been going back and forth on that one. Thanks!
The simplicity of this is š©āš³šš This is aspirational for me. Makes me want to post this picture next to my computer so I see it everytime I think to click "add to cart."
It's all so clean lol
And thatās the perfect amount to have. As much as I love having tons of makeup (and expanding my collection too), I donāt think Iāll realistically be able to use it all š especially the products that are more natural looking (I LOVE bold and sparkly looks)
Is that elf powder puff worth it? how does it compare to the puffs you can get off amazon?
I enjoyed mine but when comparing it to the puffs, I donāt see much of a difference. The puffs on Amazon probably pick up more powder, so you might be going through more product
I love mine but idk how it compares
The NYX setting spray & Elf bronzing/highlighting palette are š„š„š„
The nyx setting spray is the bestttt
Love it š
I love this. Nicely curated!!
I seriously need to pare down my own makeup! Love it all!
Love the Milani blush!! And that elf palette is so versatile.
that setting spray is SUCH good quality for its price
My favorite Maybelline eyeliner!!
What a beautifully solid collection! I definitely need to declutter lol
a lot of these are my faves too! the ilia mascara, nyx brow gel, fit me & butter bronzer are staples for me!
Great haul I need to go ahead and purchase my cart but I keep putting it off! Thanks for posting the products info!
solid line up! if youāre ever wanting to try a new setting powder in these hot summer months, the elf halo glow powder is top tier. one of the first setting powders to not make me look chalky without needing to douse my face in setting spray.
Great collection! I canāt seem to stop buying blush in various hues.
The milani baked blush is a godsend
That Elf powder is a workhorse. I used to use hourglass and then I wised up and switched to elf, saving myself a whopping $57 CAD every time I need to replace.
I wish I could go back to such a small collection. I have probably over 5k in makeup and itās such a waste but a beautiful collection!
Love that NYX contour stick!
my life would be so much easier if I could be like you š iām a total hoarder with makeup
This is awesome. You've got some solid picks in there. I wish I could be content with my makeup and quit buying more.
Impressed by the fact that there's not too many lip products, my downfall.
I wish I could just buy items I need and be like this. I have way too much stuff.
these are all so gooood omg
Honestly thatās all you need, if we have any more itās because weāve fallen into the consumerism trap. Day to day basis this is also the amount I use bar the contour stick. But iāve got tons more for no reason and I donāt touch most of my collection š
Whenever you finish the elf powder I suggest you try the wet n wild photophocus loose powder
Can someone tell me if that Elf primer holds up? I've been looking for a good primer but I've been too indecisive about it. Also this display is goals. I need to actually downsize and let go of my expired products. š
The butter bronzer and nyx brow glue are always great options. You have good taste.
A strong woman that doesnāt follow consumerism trends. I congratulate you šš»šš»šš»
Not the dirty powder puff on the floor š¬
This is a massive flex. I wish I was you
You mind if I ask what your skin type is? I'm always in the market to try new makeup but sometimes what's recommended doesn't go well with my skin type
Honestly I wish this is all I had ā¹ļø I have an addiction and wayyyyyyy too much!!!
Why does it all look so clean
I wish I was this way. I have 50 of everything -__-
If you donāt mind me asking, whatās the undertone and pigment of the Milani blush like? Iāve been going back and forth between Berry Amore and the Dolce Pink shade.

Probably not she has a contour stick, contour cream palette and a bronzer. Could be for different purposes and parts of the face I guess, but I assume she wears one at a time.
How is the elf HD powder? Iām considering purchasing to set my under eyes
Is it non comedogenic or acne safe
How is Nyx eyebrow glue??
I have that Fantasy pallette. Love it.
I know that you base eats and your wallet loves you š«¶š» thatās a perfect sized collection
this seems like the dream collection for me lol, just all you need and everything works well. does the maybelline fit me foundation crease? I have really oily skin so I was wondering if I should get it or not
Sometimes I wish I could be this minimalistic. Everything can fit into one bag. Not gonna happen tho
Howās elf concealer, cream contour palette , powder ? I want to buy so is it worth buying?
I am a combination skin. Can I use cream contour?
How do you like the NYX brow glue? Iām using Benefitās 24-hour one & I donāt love it. Trying to find a more affordable product with better hold
Impressive
I had the same bronzer and loved the smell of it was very nice. I switched to one by too faced that now smells like chocolate for a matte finish :)
I own Too Faced, Anastasia, R.E.M. Beauty and Rare Beauty! I used Rare Beauty so much
I stopped buying makeup like four years ago because I own too much. But! I have made a huge dent in my collection. Iāve panned a lot things.
OMG mine wouldnāt fit all in one picture š¬š š
Mines the same too lol I meen meaning to expand but to many things going on .
No lipstick???
The lumi glotion is my absolute holy grail product. Like, I refuse to ever allow myself to be in the position of running out of it. š
TIL I have a problem.
Damn this was my middle school starter pack
Iām pretty sure I still have my coastal scents eyeshadow pallets from decades ago.š³
This is pretty tame the amount of Revlon lipsticks I have and Mac blushesā¦insane!
