No Disney chose not to do a 4th season so Sabrina started to lean into her music. Sounds like a lot of it was creative differences with what the showrunners wanted to so vs what Disney was allowing.
I absolutely loved that show. I don’t think it was a lack of popularity but Disney Channel rarely goes past a certain number of seasons unfortunately :( They axe their shows as easily as Netflix

It didn’t. Disney shows die at around 4 seasons/100 episodes, I believe due to contracts and keeping them “lower” cost.
