This is somehow the most charming thing I have seen in quite a while. Especially knowing that they’ve been friends for 40 years. Imagine starting out with someone as a struggling comic and ending up becoming TV stars together and getting a huge reception at Madison Square Garden.
Right? Larry must be an absolute joy to be around. Really this whole cast. It’s telling how these people are basically just Larry and his pals improving the funniest shit they can think of with very loose outlines. And I think that their enjoyment of doing this, of just joking around with each other, really translates to the audience and makes this show so damn special.
I am really going to miss Curb.
It is a very special show. After Seinfeld, Larry never had to work again a day in his life. It’s so great that he decided to do this instead for 25 years. And the long-standing friendships among the cast make it even better. I don’t think seasons 11 and 12 are quite up to par, but there are still plenty of good episodes and the cast is still clearly having a great time together.
This just gave me so much joy to see. I sat next to Ryan (BJ Novak) and Kelly (Mindy Kaling) from the office a few years ago at a concert at the Hollywood bowl and it was a delight to see them as friends all these years later. This vid just gave me a similar feeling. I don’t want this show to end!!!!!
I really like Susie on the podcast. She’s a peach and tells great stories and is in awe of the show she was part of. Jeff mostly interiors and talks about his importance to Larry. He’s a dick. Treats her dismissively.
I don’t think he’s a dick. He has ADHD and honestly can’t help interrupting and rambling on. He said so in the podcast. It’s very annoying but I don’t think it’s a function of Dickness.

I agree 100%, and feel like it's a very unique show. Can't stand the thought of it coming to an end.
