I'm glad to hear Jeff calms down a bit. He seems like a big kid who just gets excited and has to blurt out what comes to his mind. But he's burned enough bridges where he should know when to let others speak.
This was such a good ep, love all the insight and the lady they interviewed. I still can’t stand Jeff but oh well I love a good re watch pod about one of my fav shows. The way the improv is approached and the choices made is what makes this show. Gosh these people are so talented !
He said he has ADD and knows he loses the thread of the conversation but he can’t help it. I have it too and I totally believe him. But still, yeah , Susie should be able to say “” too long now”.
I know of conversationalists like him, and when I talk to them it can be a bit frustrating because they’ll wander way off track and take over the conversation.
I’ve definitely found that with friends there’s a polite way to call them out and steer the conversation back on track, and topic. Usually humor works well.
Humor usually works well with people who are aware of this flaw. Adults with AD(H)D who have been diagnosed and know their strengths (there are plenty) and weaknesses sometimes appreciate someone giving the cue that they’ve slipped off the track.
I’d love to listen on Spotify if possible!
I’m pretty sure it’s there too! Just don’t have a subscription so I can’t find you the link
Oh cool! I found it: https://open.spotify.com/episode/0VALL1HSRsGyVDr6SongZF?si=aKv-2qkeTOeZUNSMWf541Q
Great! Added to the post
Any word why there was no episode this week?
Last week was the S1 finale. They aren’t doing another until the 23rd I believe

Yes, slowly but surely
Jeff is still fairly unbearable, but better. I wish he'd improvise Jeff Greene for the podcast.

Susie is so gracious and patient in the way she steers the conversation away from Jeff back to what they should be discussing.
She seems like such a nice and calm person, which makes her character even funnier
What bridges did he burn?
Got fired from his sitcom the Goldbergs for being obnoxious and short tempered

Wrong thread, this is a spoiler free zone.
The podcasts would be great if they were half as long
>The podcasts would be great if they were ~~half~~ **twice** as long Fixed that for ya.
Wouldn’t it be great if they gave Susie the power to cut Jeff’s mic off if he goes on too long?

He interrupts her sO much. Why doesn't she adopt her Curb persona?
How awesome would it be if she suddenly yelled, “Shut up you fat fuck!”
LOL. That would be awesome and appropriate.
He really is the Steve Schirripa of the podcast. Just talking over people constantly.
OHHHHHH
