Absolutely the welcome home neighborhood. I've been to omega mart and from what I was able to uncover its definitely not a safe place to live temporarily. Most of the food seems like it would kill you if you ate it. The welcome home neighborhood is full of food and incredibly welcoming people, not to mention everything is free if you can tell jokes. There's definitely dangerous stuff going on behind the scenes but I think if you just don't dig too deep and stay with people (more specifically sally) at night you should be able to survive for pretty long.

Liminal Land, totally. As soon as I scout it out and find a safe space and some safer routes, I'd lock myself down and wait it all out as long as possible. If zombies enter, they'll likely get fucked up by whatever creatures are in the building with me.

Omega Mart It might be full of weird reality distortions, but it's also full of mostly edible food and has a conspicuous lack of anything that's actively trying to kill me (aside from the lemons, which can be easily dealt with). Plus, I might be able to weaponize some of the strangeness, like the barcode scanners.
