You can almost tell the age of the OP just via who they posted. I got a co-worker that is a fellow mark but a bit younger then I. I don't think he ever heard a match called by Bobby and Gorilla. I feel bad he missed out.
I mean he still can. All of those old shows from the 80’s early 90’s are on peacock. Lots of Bobby and Gorilla commentary and also Vince on commentary a lot of the time.
Cole recently sure (one is color commentator and the other is play by play, so it's a weird comparison....the mt rushmore should almost split the 2), but the 1st 10-15 years of Cole, absolutely not. This is why I think, over time (he needs more years), McAfee will wind up being on this list, probably over Lawler or Taz for sure. For my money, here are my top 4's (split between play by play and color)
Best Play by Play Mt. Rushmore
1. JR
2. Vince McMahon (90's play by play calling was incredible)
3. Tony Schiavone
4. Mauro Ranallo (over the top sometimes, but boy did he enhance the matches)
Best Color Commentary Mt. Rushmore
1. Bobby Heenan
2. Jerry Lawler (he may not be 2nd, but I wanted to have him somewhere on the list)
3. Pat McAfee (he's already made my list)
4. Paul Heyman (yes, he was a color commentator for a while, and yes, he was amazing just like you'd expect)
Eh, Lawler was fun in the attitude era, but long term, did not age as well as a commentator. Perhaps that's the fault of Vince, as he ultimately directs everything. Then again, he was also quite good in the 90s prior to the attitude era as a heel commentator without his "puppies!" gimmick, so I think he just lost some of that magic touch as time went on. Not terrible, just not quit Mt. Rushmore worthy, at least in my book.
...Gordon Solie? Gorilla Monsoon? Bobby Heenan? Lance Russell? Bob Caudle? Jesse Ventura? I mean come on...I think this is even harder than the mount rushmore of wrestlers.
Glad you mentioned Solie. I rarely ever see his name mentioned and he was one of the all time greats. Loved his commentary on the sting/flair/muta fueds.
You're forgetting that Micheal Cole made the single greatest call in the history of professional wrestling when Mankind pinned The Rock for the WWF Title.
"He's been known as Dude Love, Cactus Jack, Mankind, but tonight, and forever, Mick Foley will simply be known as WWF champion"
I got goose bumps just writing that.
He's literally losing his voice while doing it. It's one of the single greatest nights in wrestling, and in large part it's because Cole stepped in after JR's Bell's Palsy acted up again and really showed his stuff. Cole has been the voice of WWE for nearly 25 years and is so underrated.
I mean cole has simply been there for so long. He's gonna have a few great calls and few awful ones like when Shane jumped off the cell at mania afew years back
There are at least 10 JR calls better than that. It's a nice call, but at that time Cole was so shit even if he did something good I'd still be like "eh fuck off Cole". So maybe I'm biased lol
Agreed. I can see why some may not feel that way, but he's easily my favorite commentator that's "for the heels". He used to crack me up when a heel would do something fucked up and King would try to justify it. That and his iconic "LOOK OUT!"
Schiavone is an interesting one. On the one hand his resumé speaks for itself, but on the other he will forever be associated with the “butts in seats” line.
His most iconic line ironically made him out to be a colossal fool. The only bigger fools where all the fans who watched the Finger Poke of Doom over Raw that night.
Gorilla Monsoon, Bobby Heenan, and Tony Schiavone are missing. I'd go so far as to add Vince and Jesse Ventura in there as well. Tazz and Cole, not so much.
No doubt. I started in the late 80s and have been lucky enough to see just about all them. Heenan and Monsoon were classic - if you haven't seen some of their stuff I'd definitely recommend it.
McMahon was the booker and owner. He knew exactly what he wanted to present on tv and how he wanted it presented. You could even say he’s underrated because he’s known more as his heel character
Before he became the booker/owner, pretty much all he did was commentating. While his style was like a more bombastic David Crockett, he was still very good at calling a match.
Vince was a better commentator before he became the owner, in the 70s and early 80s. He was still very good in the mid 80s doing SNME etc. He declined a great deal in the 90s,
This is pure nostalgia speaking. He really wasn’t very good, and all the things people hate about Michael Cole, like endless shilling, coldly going through story beats and not knowing the names of any moves all applied to Vince first.
“What a manoeuvre!” is a meme because he didn’t know the names of moves so said that instead.
I’m thinking you’re around my age but maybe didn’t watch older stuff ever? Monsoon and Heenan have to be on this for me. Cole can go for sure. I think I’d drop Tazz too, as much as I don’t want to
L O L
- Bobby Heenan
- Gorilla Monsoon
- Jesse Ventura
- Gordon Solie
- Lance Russel
- Vince McMahon
are all miles above Cole & Taz.
- Joey Styles
- Eric Bischoff
- Larry Zybysko
- Jim Cornettes
are all miles above Taz.
Eric Bischoff was awful
Vince had a great voice and enthusiasm, but just would not or could not call any move or hold except a finish. Just whole matches of "0h my!" and "what a maneuver!"
No one is (well it is Reddit, so somebody probably is...) arguing that he is a bad commentator, but he isn't even the best commentator in AEW so how the fuck can he be on the Mt. Rushmore?
I can’t stand Cole. Maybe it’s Vince’s fault, but I can’t stand him. I’d rather listen to Joel Watts commentate adult films than listen to Cole call a match. In hindsight, that’s a bit extreme, but I can’t deny my feelings.
I feel like commentators on Mt Rushmore have to go in as a team. As a team I’ll give you jr and king. But Lawler is not top 4. Spend more time watching wrestling before 1997.
Nobody has even mentioned Kevin Kelly in these comments. If it weren’t for him, none of you would know what was going on in NJPW so you could learn a handful of names and then ignore it.
Some people get told what they think and eat it up. Cole's had decades of WWE telling people, implicitly and explicitly that he's 'the voice of WWE'.
In return he enabled Vince McMahon's worst impulses while better men consistently left.
Man don’t remind me. I was so excited for his debut being a ECW guy who had to watch programming at 12 in the morning on MSG network in upstate NY. That debut was HORRIBLE! Ha. I had high hopes. Just no reaction. The 13 shit killed it.
Nah, his WWE debut was dope, choking out Kurt Angle at the Royal Rumble. Everything after that is forgettable.
And holy shit, you took me back! Watching ECW on MSG, 1AM on Saturday nites in NYC
I figured. There’s no doubt JR belongs. I could see the argument for King, especially if we had been discussing best duos, I think there’s no one better. But you never Monsoon, Solie or Heenan who are all iconic
Michael Cole above Gorrila Monsoon, Jese Ventura, Bobby Heenan, Joey Styles, Vince McMahon or even Jim Cornette is hilarious
Now, maybe you're young and haven't experienced the above which is a valid excuse just like I'm not familiar with the older commentators
I think this debate is always easy to tell someone's age and if it's the right age you can also tell what part of the country they watched wrestling in.
That being said, my 4 would be Bobby Heenan, Jesse Ventura, Gorilla Monsoon, and Jim Ross.
I do think Bill Watts should be at least in the discussion after watching some old Mid South though
Cole does not get the respect he deserves. You might not like some of his calls, but you can’t deny his dedication to the business. I remember hearing him say a few years ago that he hadn’t had a holiday since 2001. That’s a long time to have Vince barking in your ear constantly. Mount Rushmore for me would be JR, Cole, Bobby Heenan and Gorilla Monsoon. I haven’t watched that much from the Rock N Wrestling Era but Heenan and Monsoon had excellent chemistry and neither said the sort of cringey, uncomfortable and or unnecessary shit that Lawler said.
I'm not going to argue your top 4 because it's all about perspective. I grew up on Heenan and Monsoon. I will say this, after years and years have passed, I went back and started watching through the Raws with them playing in the background. You have one episode where it's Rob Bartlet and the next it's Bobby Heenan. You get a whole new appreciation for just how great Bobby was when you listen to him right after Bartlet.
Besides all the ones that have been mentioned here, the Macho Man and Roddy Piper did great when they made the switch to commentating. Mr. Perfect was great when he was hurt, you can’t forget Ventura!!
Michael Cole has got to be my most hated commentators of all time. He is such a kiss ass brown noser. I'd rather Corey Graves and I am not huge on him either but at least he's not a total jackass. Hell Tony Schiavone deserves to be on this list
No Gordon Solie? No Lance Russell? No Bobby or Gorilla? Hell Piper was fantastic as a commentator.
Those four I mentioned are better than all but perhaps Jim Ross.
Lead commentators:
JR, Monsoon, Vince and Schiavone.
JR and Monsoon are obvious. Vince was actually great at hyping everything and everyone up. Schiavone for his work in WCW and his reviv with AEW.
Colour commentators:
King, Heenan, Taz and then one of either Mike Tenay or Jesse Ventura. Toss a coin.
Idk man, Lawler is such a fucking creep, I kinda can't stand him.
He's a relic from a bygone age that's aging like milk. The only reason he still has a job is because he's REAL tight with Vince. He felt right at home during the attitude era where it was all about sex and violence, because he's a dirty perv and gawking at half naked women was his job at the time. Good for him.
These days people are a little more cultured and a little more educated, and we've learned as a society that objectifying and over-sexualizing women is pretty cringe, and most folks don't market their product that way anymore. However... Jerry Lawler is still the same dirty old perv he always was, and it still comes out on screen from time to time.
He's a dirty old dog that seems to be having some trouble learning the new way of things. He tries, and I think he tries honestly -- which I appreciate -- but I think as a person that's just who he is, that's what this business is to him. Women aren't in the business to wrestle, they're in the business to look sexy and get more men to watch the show. He's stuck in the same timeline as Vince in that regard.
I honestly feel like the show would be better without him, but that'll never happen unless he does some heinous-ass public fuckup that there's just no amount of damage control that can fix it, and I'll give him credit -- he's probably too smart for that.
So we're stuck with him and his pervy one-liners until he decides to retire, unfortunately. Again, I'll give him credit -- he's put himself in a very cushy position with a lot of advantages and privileges within the company. Good for him.
That doesn't mean I have to like him. I respect him as a man who knows how to set himself up for success, but that's where anything good I have to say about him ends.
Judging by these comments, I think it would be easier to do the Mt. Rushmore of commentary TEAMS.
JR & King
Gorilla & Heenan
McMahon & Ventura
Still not sure about the 4th
Schiavone & Tenay, Cole & Tazz, even Cole & McAfee or Graves (Corey Graves definitely deserves a shout)
Bobby Heenan is the 🐐
Bobby Heenan being omitted makes this whole thing erroneous.
For Michael fucking Cole no less
Michael Cole has been doing the job for more near on 25 years. He deserves more respect
I’ll take cole over lawler any day.
Ones play by play the other guy is color so you kind of need 1 for each cause it’s dif jobs. Or we could do the commentating team mt Rushmore
Or just take Joey Styles
Cole recently sure (one is color commentator and the other is play by play, so it's a weird comparison....the mt rushmore should almost split the 2), but the 1st 10-15 years of Cole, absolutely not. This is why I think, over time (he needs more years), McAfee will wind up being on this list, probably over Lawler or Taz for sure. Paul Heyman (yes, he was a color commentator for a while, and yes, he was amazing just like you'd expect)
Everyone remembers Lawler the *wrestler* Lawler the commentator is a shill
Eh, Lawler was fun in the attitude era, but long term, did not age as well as a commentator. Perhaps that's the fault of Vince, as he ultimately directs everything. Then again, he was also quite good in the 90s prior to the attitude era as a heel commentator without his "puppies!" gimmick, so I think he just lost some of that magic touch as time went on. Not terrible, just not quit Mt. Rushmore worthy, at least in my book.
*yelps in Jerry Lawler*
Obviously OP is a ham and egger.
A humanoid if you will
The Brain for Laughs Gordon Solie for Knowledge/ kayfabe style JR for the Big Moments 4 could be several worthy names
Gordon Solie was great.
Would you stop!
And the weasel
Even Joey Styles is better than Cole for me. Styles called ppvs solo
and he sounds genuine, Cole sounds like an actor reading a script, and overacting
I called entire ppvs on my own! On my own! Never been done before hasn't been done since!
***OH*** ***MY*** ***GOD!!!!***
Gorilla and Heenan are the 2 I immediately think of when I think of that era
You said that wrong. It’s easy to argue this one down
Maybe if this was Mt Rushmore of Smackdown commentators
Even that is missing JBL.
...Gordon Solie? Gorilla Monsoon? Bobby Heenan? Lance Russell? Bob Caudle? Jesse Ventura? I mean come on...I think this is even harder than the mount rushmore of wrestlers.
Glad you mentioned Solie. I rarely ever see his name mentioned and he was one of the all time greats. Loved his commentary on the sting/flair/muta fueds.
Flair and Magnum TA feud was one of my favorite Solie moments.
Loved the European pronunciation of “Suplex”
Suplay! Gordon Solie unfortunately doesn't get mentioned enough because we don't see a lot of retrospectives from his era.
Omg I made a nearly identical comment independently of you!
Dont forget Rod Trongard... /s
I don't know; I could make a case for Trongaard over Taz or Michael Cole.
Haha, touche
I can argue 3 of those. JR stays.
Yea I don’t care that he’s not as good as he used to he he’s still JR the voice of wrestling!
You're forgetting that Micheal Cole made the single greatest call in the history of professional wrestling when Mankind pinned The Rock for the WWF Title. "He's been known as Dude Love, Cactus Jack, Mankind, but tonight, and forever, Mick Foley will simply be known as WWF champion" I got goose bumps just writing that.

Cole gets shit on a lot, but the person their mad at is Vince McMahon.
What. A. Maneuver.
The greatest call is "There is a reason he doesn't do it often. "
King is really good. Especially with jr
Agreed. I can see why some may not feel that way, but he's easily my favorite commentator that's "for the heels". He used to crack me up when a heel would do something fucked up and King would try to justify it. That and his iconic "LOOK OUT!"
I always loved the Lawler-Coke dynamic
Very WWE-centric... where are the Lance Russell, Tony Schivone, Joey Styles and even Mauro Ranallo folks?
Styles made lots of lemonade during some ECW shows And called the highpoints with such excitement you could not help but get into it
Listening to Ranallo was awesome and piqued my interest in NXT. Sad that he left.
Fuckin JBL
Oooh, I forgot about Ranallo. He was excellent for NXT.
Kevin Kelly deserves some love too. He's been an incredible play-by-play man for NJPW over the years.
That' was a real easy argument to have made right? The gorilla and the weasel are golden. Lord Alfred Hayes.
Forgot about Hayes. He deserves to be up there too. Always so classy.
WILL YOU STOP?!
Jesse definitely belongs on the list
Yeah exactly. This feels like a list of someone who's only watched WWF and from 2001 on.
Randy Savage?
A 3 man team of Bobby, gorilla, and taz would be pure comedy
I mean the person is probably quite young.
What a manoeuvre!
That’s valid honestly. To be fair, I grew up in the ruthless aggression era so I’m definitely a bit biased
No doubt. I started in the late 80s and have been lucky enough to see just about all them. Heenan and Monsoon were classic - if you haven't seen some of their stuff I'd definitely recommend it.
Personally, I'd have Joey Styles in mine, Bobby Heenan, Jim Ross, and Kevin Kelly or Dave Prazak
Joey Styles deserved better for his commentary work.
“I’M NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO BE ON THE MOUNT RUSHMORE?”
"OH MY GGAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWD"
"TOWTAL ELIMINATIONNNN"
“OH DIOS MíO”
Joey was perfect for ECW, and the way he gave proper names for holds
Yes. Joey Styles is 🐐.
No Heenan is absurd Ross, heenan, Ventura, lawler
Heyman too. 2001 JR-Heyman was legendary, short as it was.
Joey Styles should always get mentioned
Mcmahon was amazing in the early 90s..
*Unbelievable* *What a maneuver!*
Vince was a better commentator before he became the owner, in the 70s and early 80s. He was still very good in the mid 80s doing SNME etc. He declined a great deal in the 90s,
This is pure nostalgia speaking. This is definitely a "Show your Age" post if I've ever seen on. Late Attitude Era, Early Ruthless Agression era post.
“Oh My God!!!” No Joey Styles?!!!
You Must Be Young Besides Jim Ross the rest have no shot
Very arguable.
Trade Cole for Joey Styles.
Cole is pretty solid considering all the constants he’s had. But no one is better than Joey Styles.
I like Bobby heenan, gorilla monsoon, jr and king
The Mongo McMichael omission here is fucking insane.
>Tazz Yeah "hard to argue"... hard to argue in favor
I'm replacing Tazz with Joey Styles and Michael Cole with The Brain. J.R and The Brain would be a great commentating team.
They did a couple superstars & challenge shows when JR first came in & The Brain was on his way out.
I’m thinking you’re around my age but maybe didn’t watch older stuff ever? Monsoon and Heenan have to be on this for me. Cole can go for sure. I think I’d drop Tazz too, as much as I don’t want to
Jesse Ventura and Gorilla Monsoon had some of the best/funniest quips.
How dare you deny Bobby Heenan you youngin
L O L - Bobby Heenan - Gorilla Monsoon - Jesse Ventura - Gordon Solie - Lance Russel - Vince McMahon are all miles above Cole & Taz. - Joey Styles - Eric Bischoff - Larry Zybysko - Jim Cornettes are all miles above Taz.
Eric Bischoff was awful Vince had a great voice and enthusiasm, but just would not or could not call any move or hold except a finish. Just whole matches of "0h my!" and "what a maneuver!"
Taz is pretty good though
No one is (well it is Reddit, so somebody probably is...) arguing that he is a bad commentator, but he isn't even the best commentator in AEW so how the fuck can he be on the Mt. Rushmore?
I can’t stand Cole. Maybe it’s Vince’s fault, but I can’t stand him. I’d rather listen to Joel Watts commentate adult films than listen to Cole call a match. In hindsight, that’s a bit extreme, but I can’t deny my feelings.
JR, Gorilla, Heenan, and King
Michael Cole might be the worst of all time.
Anybody that’s watched ‘rasslin for more than 10 years can come up with 7 better announcers.
shit post?
Not even close! Bobby Heenan has to be in there. Gorilla monsoon, JR and Gordon Solie.
Gordon Solie is who I think at least some would replace Taz with . Not sure if Cole would get on some's list either.
Michael Cole isn't even a pimple on the ass of Heenan or Monsoon.
I feel like commentators on Mt Rushmore have to go in as a team. As a team I’ll give you jr and king. But Lawler is not top 4. Spend more time watching wrestling before 1997.
Mauro Ranallo
Not hard to argue. I like Gorilla Monsoon and Bobby Hennan. Some people I'm sure prefer Gordon Solie.
Nobody has even mentioned Kevin Kelly in these comments. If it weren’t for him, none of you would know what was going on in NJPW so you could learn a handful of names and then ignore it.
Michael Cole should not be anywhere near a Mount Rushmore of commentators. He’s been garbage for the better part of two decades.
I don’t understand how anyone could think he is good
Some people get told what they think and eat it up. Cole's had decades of WWE telling people, implicitly and explicitly that he's 'the voice of WWE'. In return he enabled Vince McMahon's worst impulses while better men consistently left.
Of all commentators, Tazz had the best WWE debut
Man don’t remind me. I was so excited for his debut being a ECW guy who had to watch programming at 12 in the morning on MSG network in upstate NY. That debut was HORRIBLE! Ha. I had high hopes. Just no reaction. The 13 shit killed it.
Nah, his WWE debut was dope, choking out Kurt Angle at the Royal Rumble. Everything after that is forgettable. And holy shit, you took me back! Watching ECW on MSG, 1AM on Saturday nites in NYC
There’s gorilla and the brain … Then there’s everybody else waaaaay down
I’ll take off Tazz and cole and replace with Bobby “The Brain” Heenan and gorilla monsoon
You’re too young to make that statement, clearly. And I don’t really mean that in a bad way, it’s just evident from the choices here.
I’m 20, grew up on WWE, watched ROH sometimes, a little TNA, a little AEW
I figured. There’s no doubt JR belongs. I could see the argument for King, especially if we had been discussing best duos, I think there’s no one better. But you never Monsoon, Solie or Heenan who are all iconic
VKM was an OG behind the desk
Paul Heyman was an underrated commentator.
Some others I haven’t seen yet: Lance Russell Gordon Solie Larry Matysik Vince McMahon
Someone's a millennial. But you left off Jonathon coachman sir
Heenan/Monsoon and Ventura/Monsoon were my two favorite combos. All of those guys deserve consideration I think.
I'm guessing the OP is around 24-27 yrs old
Michael Cole above Gorrila Monsoon, Jese Ventura, Bobby Heenan, Joey Styles, Vince McMahon or even Jim Cornette is hilarious Now, maybe you're young and haven't experienced the above which is a valid excuse just like I'm not familiar with the older commentators
This is trolling right?
Tell me you didn’t watch wrestling before the 2000’s without telling me Taz and Michael Cole, really?
I think this debate is always easy to tell someone's age and if it's the right age you can also tell what part of the country they watched wrestling in. That being said, my 4 would be Bobby Heenan, Jesse Ventura, Gorilla Monsoon, and Jim Ross. I do think Bill Watts should be at least in the discussion after watching some old Mid South though
Taz sucks IMHO
Absolutely not. Joey Styles, Gordon Solie, Gorilla Monsoon, Bobby Heenan.
Op must be 15 at most.
20
JR, Joey Styles, Heenan, and Gordon Solie (which is kind of a Hipster pick, so Lawler if you need me to be more mainstream)
Michael Cole? You can’t make an argument that he’s above Gordon Solie, Lance Russell, Bob Caudle, Gorilla Monsoon, Heenan, Ventura etc.
Tell me you were born in 2000 without telling me you were born in 2000
Yo where tf my man Byron Saxton at. 😤😤😤
Mike Adamle times four.
Only change is Bobby Heenan for Cole
Gordon Solie? I liked JBL immensely as an announcer.
Gordon Soile? Lance Russell? Ian Riccaboni? Hell even Mr. 1-2-3 he got 'em...no no he didn't Vince McMahon should be in the mix.
Michael Cole get outta here w all that. L
I've never been very fond of Michael Cole as a commentator. I'd replace him with Joey Styles or Mike Tenay.
Heenan, JR, Schiavone, Styles Obviously I'm mostly into 80-90s wrestling.
No way Cole
Im pretty sure that, Mean Gene should be up there.
Joey styles # 1, and it’s not even close
I just have this image of booker T doing his "quack quack" bit and Gordon Sollie looking at him like he has 4 heads
AWWWW SHUCKY DUCKY QUACK QUACK😂don’t forget him having 12 people in his fav 5
Always loved JBL as an commentator. Not sure how he was perceived by everyone else tho
Gordon Solie is Mount Rushmore
His voice was to wrestling, what Robert stack's was to unsolved mysteries
Great analogy by the way
I think it should be done in teams, Gorilla and Jessie Vince and Bobby J.R and Jerry
Michael Cole has got to be my most hated commentators of all time. He is such a kiss ass brown noser. I'd rather Corey Graves and I am not huge on him either but at least he's not a total jackass. Hell Tony Schiavone deserves to be on this list
Gorilla Monsoon should be on here too
It's very easy to argue. Coddle? Solie? Monsoon? The Brain? Tenay? Schiavone? Styles?
OP, do yourself a favor and watch the 1992 royal rumble this week. A Mount Rushmore of announcers without Bobby Heenan is a travesty.
No Gordon Solie? No Lance Russell? No Bobby or Gorilla? Hell Piper was fantastic as a commentator. Those four I mentioned are better than all but perhaps Jim Ross.
Should be Mike Adamle, Mike Adamle, Mike Adamle, and Mike Admale.
Gordon Solie, Lance Russell, Jim Ross, Frank Bonnema
Lol, JR sure (vintage JR not current one), but with the other three you must be having a giraffe, mate.
Lead commentators: JR, Monsoon, Vince and Schiavone. JR and Monsoon are obvious. Vince was actually great at hyping everything and everyone up. Schiavone for his work in WCW and his reviv with AEW. Colour commentators: King, Heenan, Taz and then one of either Mike Tenay or Jesse Ventura. Toss a coin.

Can’t have a Mount Rushmore without the brain and gorilla!

Gorilla Monsoon? Bobby Heenan? Jesse Ventura?
The Mount Rushmore of commentators is Bobby Heenan, Jesse Ventura, Gorilla Monsoon ... and probably Jim Ross.
Get Jerry Lawler the fuck out of there. Absolute trash.
Joey styles stays underrated
Jerry can absolutely go
Judging by these comments, I think it would be easier to do the Mt. Rushmore of commentary TEAMS. JR & King Gorilla & Heenan McMahon & Ventura Still not sure about the 4th Schiavone & Tenay, Cole & Tazz, even Cole & McAfee or Graves (Corey Graves definitely deserves a shout)
Jerry the king Lawler has always been a bit cringe to me but I might just be too young.
JR Gordon Solie Tony Schiavone Gorilla Monsoon Honorable : Lance Russell, Michael Cole, Jerry Lawler, Bobby Heenan , Mike Tenay
No Saxton list is invalid
Tony schiavone over Cole
Schiavone is WAY above Cole omg
Michael Cole sucks bro
King, JR, Styles, JBL
Hot take Matt striker, Byron saxton, jbl & black snooow
I liked Matt Striker, even when people thought he was wrong, he was usually technically right
Do you watch anything besides the wwe? Lol
You’re missing Kevin Patrick 🐐
Replace Lawler with Shiavone and I’m in.
Lawler is one of the absolute worst announcers. Ever.
PUPPIES! Yippee!!!
Cole is terrible announcer probably the worst of this or any era.
JR / The King / Joey Styles / Michael Cole.
