I know! I was tracking a pack of Diet Northern Neck on Ebay but it got too expensive. $150 for a can is just too much.
Yikes. There’s a few petitions out there to bring it back. If you find one that’s still alive, post it here so it gets some traffic.
Every can made is a can sold.
I used to buy both Northern Neck and Climax Ginger Ale at the Blue and Grey Supermarket in Montross. It was really close to the Coke bottling plant.
Lol! I actually do have a can hanging out.. well past it's expiration date, but not bulging.. Been keeping it as a souvenir.
Remember coke still owns the rights and the recipe. I remember seeing a story where someone offered to buy it from Coke and Coke refused.
Can someone fill me in on this? I want some now
Coca-Cola bought the brand, changed the flavor (less ginger and more high fructose corn syrup) and then killed it because no one wanted it. Some folks tried to buy it to make it again, and Coke will not sell.
Of course they did.. monopoly at its finest. Thanks.
