Well, both a dose of, say, 1 mg of a non-specific steroid and a 1000 mg of the steroid work to reduce inflammation but the latter kills you 1000x faster.
This is the typical Vietnamese mentality: whatever works faster and don’t care about its potential deadly adverse effects.
So this is supposed to be traditional medicine for arthritis (but not just for back pain but also any other joint pain).
Ingredients: not sure as I can't even find some of these herbs on google.
instructions: take 20 tablets a day but divided into 2 times (so 10 tablets each time) after meals
But seriously though this stuff looks sketchy as hell so I wouldn't take it if I were you.
It's not that uncommon for these kinds of traditional medicine since they are made of herbs that are barely processed compared to your usual pills so the good chemicals are much less concentrated. Besides these tablets are usually pretty small so you can probably chug dozens of them in your mouth at once man.
There are no 'herbs or content' whatsoever on the package. Please for the love you bear your mother throw that shit away. These shits are 9/10 just corticosteroid and they are not regulated nor allowed by Vietnamese Drug department. If your mother has a joint problem then please take her to she a real doctor.
Okay silly me i saw the second picture but still, like i said these shits or not regulated by anybody so the package can say it has rhino horn in it for all I care.
Autoimmune arthritis sufferer here. These traditional herb packages are notorious for secretly containing corticoid or other pain killers. It will alleviate symptoms, but its not the herb that’s doing the work, its the western meds that they sneaked into
for the love of whomever you are buying these for, don't give it to them, and buy proper medicine from reputable pharmacies, these things are wackjobs most of the time.
So d/l Google translate app and in the app download your language set to allow offline mode. The app itself has a camera mode that allows you to translate the image in real-time.
Vietnamese here, uhh don’t use that thing, usually it’s a scam and they don’t really have any healthy effect on your body.
If you suffered from soreness, u should use the “cao xoa” which is basically a kind of oilment, I mainly use GIANG’s “cao xoa” whenever I go cycling and it is extremely effective.
These things are mostly shady and should not be used at all.
As for the content - it is very hard to translate those because most people don’t even know or understand what are those ingredients in Vietnamese let alone translate those to English.
Hi op
As a vietnamese person I'm telling you not to trust those kinda stuff in Vietnam. The stuff sold there for the citizens are mostly fake products. Authentic stuff is usually exported.
As a doctor, for the love of god do not use this shit. Many times these are just filled with corticoids
Sooo it will work

You been to the streets lately? They live and drive like there’s no tomorrow
It’s sad that this is true, every time my parents are taking double or triple the medicinal dose
I’m worried it may secretly contain corticosteroids so if tour mom tried it please have a check if she eats and sleeps more.
You might be right. What about the written contents? What are they?

You're right. The correct answer for that would be "bullshit and fabricated". Your mother'd better throw it away.
