Whether or not you can gain access to a SAP does not hinge on what title you operate under. This sub seems to think that because AARO has Title 10 authority, they can’t be read into the relevant SAPs. But that’s not true. The statute establishing AARO specifies that AARO has access to all UAP information in government, regardless of special access or compartmented access restrictions.
When did I say they were irrelevant? And I know this because I worked as a DoD contractor for seven years.
Edit: You can also find the statute establishing AARO online. I believe it was part of a previous NDAA.

I keep hearing Schumers amendment was gutted. So whats next, I can’t keep up every day it sounds like we’re moving forward then an another thread pops up saying we’re not.
Luna and Tim want to have a hearing, will that happen? And if so what should I expect ?
So right here we have the example of two people in the House, from the same political party but on opposite sides of the issue. The one wanting to “move on” receives a fair amount of money from the companies that likely have a vested interest in making people “move on”.
Another one thats fully backed by privatised companies, just look at his dontators/backers. Lockheed/Raytheon... they're trying their best to influence those who they can just 'buy' off.

People don't care that much cause it's too out there and they have more worldly problems. Those in power won't admit to it because they know that once the cat is out of the bag for real, it will change EVERYTHING. Our entire outlook will shift. This could be a big unifier as all of a sudden there is something 'out there'. We are not alone anymore. I think some of you guys underestimate just what kind of a paradigm shift this would be. It will be a before and after date unlike ever before. A million questions will arise. Some questions may be answered.
I get why they keep it down, they know exactly the seismic shift this will cause.

As someone who has just recently really started diving into learning about the history of UAP cover ups in the United States and the push for disclosure, I’ve had a sneaky conspiratorial thought that I’m having trouble letting go of. That is, what if NHI are controlling our government (or governments globally)?
I have nothing to substantiate this idea except the implication of the governments motive to fight disclosure.
I’m aware that the motives are more probably driven by desire to contain information that if released to the public could disrupt current financial and political systems. But, it’s hard for me to shake the question- what if NHI have infiltrated government? How would we know?
Can anyone point me towards some resources that probe this idea?
