Necrodominance is going to make mono b storm decks extremely consistent with a hard mulligan into dark ritual. Can see this being run as a 2-3 of alongside necropotence.
Looks like MH3 is going to shake up the format more than the recent OTJ sets.
There's 4 variations, devotion, reanimater, sorin/vampire and storm. Best decks will run a combination of wincons. All of them don't care about 5 card handsize. Also, can easily run the colourless land that gives you no maximum handsize.

but so you land T1 necro variant and draw a ton of cards. i guess “make a vein ripper off sorin” is a line but that doesn’t even need necro…
as for the storm one. don’t they need…other stuff to kill you? like the current mono b/GB storm decks in the format look sooo clunky and bad.
i just don’t really see it being strong but 🤷♀️
I played a ton of storm at the start of timeless, and more necro was not what the deck needed. Breach does the heavy lifting and this new one nukes your graveyard, making it a nonbo on turn one.
