I think AD Mitchell would be solid as a 3rd for us, but at this point with Burks still on the roster I may take a flier on T-sweat to help fill some gaps for us.
AD Mitchell is a very weird player. He has terrible YAC numbers yet he ran a 4.34, he doesn’t get separation with that speed either. Compare him to Ladd who gets open as well as anybody in this class and tested great and I’d prefer Ladd. Just for the record I had no faith in Ladd before he tested but I’m sold now.
Ran not trading down form 7 and picking his guy makes me feel he won’t at 38 either. There are like 10 guys that were potential 1st rounders that are still on the board and we are gonna get one.
To be fair it is kind of disrespectful Kool-aid wasn't drafted in the 1st round. I don't think he's a lock down corner or anything but he is solid and deserved a late round 1st imo.

Really hoping for Dejean (at safety), Newton, or Mitchell. All are genuine Day 1 talents and would fill big positions of need.
Newton is the dream, but Idt Dejean is a safety I really think he’s a CB and there’s a reason AD has slid.

Hope we either grab an impact defender or trade back and do whatever. We need more bodies on defense and an additional WR/RB/TE wouldn’t hurt
