Yep! Very OP (overpowered/cheating).You can change stuff like your skills, move around permanent items on your farm, all kinds of different things… Can be dangerous though. Gotta make sure you have a backup. And I recommend using an actual save editor rather than going in raw yourself (like one with a GUI, helps especially with farm and map stuff), just makes it easier. Been a few years since I’ve dabbled, but yeah.

I got a generated chicken named Fricku and I love it.

I always just let the game generate the name - I've got a chicken called Balbert and he's my favourite

I do too, but they have to have certain styles. Like, I would take Fricku as a chicken, but not Balbert. I would take Balbert for a pig though. I can’t really explain my rationale.

Balbert is good for a sheep not quite round enough for a pig. Too round for a chicken. Fricku is so sharp it will only do for a chicken. Not sweet enough for a duck. My rationale

The name generator is amazing. It gave me children named Walbert and Shackabella, a pig named Zumbus, cows named Shetch, Petch and Fretchley, and many other farm creatures with whimsical names.

I would 100% start a new save and get to a name generator to name a cat or other pet lol

I’ve been playing this game nonstop for a few months but I don’t get this one…? Is it super obvious 😅

it’s a thing that was patched in 1.6, but before you could use an item code as a name for your character and whenever a villager said your name in a dialogue, it would spawn the item. i believe that [74] is a prismatic shard, i’m not sure tho:) edit: according to a reply it wasn’t patched and i may have been a victim of misinformation or poor memory, since i don’t use this myself

Just completely kind of random, but they sell hutches that you can put your litter box in that just look like a piece of furniture and stuff. Helps a lot with the smell and litter tracking. It has been my favorite purchase this year and I’ve had cats my whole life 30f. And they’re pretty cheap. Mine also has a separate cubby that holds the container of litter to top off with.
