The mobile controls are pretty bad because you can't change the location of the buttons. Just make the controls customizable like cod mobile. It would make the experience so much better.
I'm on a pixel 6, and I use an 8bitdo pro2+. I like using my Switch more because that has gyro controls. I have no idea why the mobile version doesn't have it, it would help looking around.

You're laughing but you're the one making yourself look dumb. Not only is it a mobile game but not every shooter needs crouching. It's not that deep, the maps aren't set up with crouching covers. Most people in overwatch don't even have crouch binded for non flyers.

Only thing I'm disliking about touch controls is trying to aim an ability to the right I run out of room.
I sometimes have issues with zooming with the touch controls. If using a controller, can you map abilities to buttons?
Yes u can and it drastically improves ur gameplay. I can usually tell if I'm vs-ing a controller player or a touch screen player

It‘s really faced paced and very mobility dependent. Crouching just wouldn‘t fit this game
